(Update-I: Change of plans! Now, it can be done very easily, even without Linewalker.)

(Update-II: I noticed you can't destroy TLF III with Offerings. So, I decided to use Black Luster Soldier instead to banish TLF III, which can be fetched with "Primal Seed". Plan will be the same.)

Gameplan

1) Discard The Legendary Fisherman (TLF) + Necroface with Ravenous and activate Dweller to not let your opponent disturb you with their GY effects. Then, place ME-PSY-YA on Pendulum Zone and Special Summon Black Luster Soldier (BLS) by banishing Necroface + LIGHT to activate "Primal Seed" loop.

2) Time to start banishing your opponent's whole deck with "Necroface", which can be done by targeting it with Soul Release + Burial from a Different Dimension duo to jump Necroface from GY to BZ and vice-versa repeatedly.

3) Special Summon Yajiro to the center with Saryuja and pass Yajiro to your opponent with "Shien's Spy". You need two adjacent free columns to let Yajiro dance, so feel free to clear two of your opponent's monsters with "Offerings to the Doomed" if you must.

4) Revive TLF with "Monster Reborn" and replace it with TLF III. Then, set "Waking the Dragon" next to Yajiro's sight and revive a monster. This leads to the destruction of "Waking the Dragon" and cheating out Steam Train King (STK).

5) Activate TLF III to deliver your opponent's cards from BZ to GY. Next, activate STK to deliver your opponent's Spell and Trap cards from GY to BZ. Normally, with each Spell/Trap card banished, STK would deal 200 damage but TLF III doubles it. Therefore, you will deal 400 damage for each Spell/Trap card banished and I hope it's enough for the FTK...

• However, if it's not enough, don't fret. Although not shown in the video, there is a way to reset TLF III and STK, since they aren't hard once per turn... 
  
  1. First, destroy STK with Offerings.
  2. Next, banish STK with "Soul Release" and TLF III with BLS. Know that you can reset BLS by destroying and reviving it with Offerings + Reborn combinations.
  3. Then, use "Primal Seed" to return TLF III to your hand besides STK returning to Extra Deck.
  4. Finally, repeat what was done in #4 and #5 to blow your opponent.

If you wonder how to save up some SR and UR points, I can show you:

- "Monster Reborn" is given for free, if you have completed the tutorial to save 30 UR!

- "Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning" can be collected by purchasing "Spiral Spear Strike" deck. 30 UR saved and you can try a new deck!

- "Pot of Avarice" can be collected by purchasing "Re-Contract Universe" deck. 90 SR saved and you can try a new deck!

- "Ravenous" + "Primal Seed" + "Pot of Acquisitiveness" can be found within "Legacy Pack" to save 60 SR and 60 UR!

- "Abyss Dweller" can be found within "Forgotten City Dwellers" Secret Pack to save 30 UR!

- "Steam Train King" can be found within "Immovable Samurai" Secret Pack to save 30 UR!

- "Into The Void" + "Allure of Darkness" can be found within "The Infinite Void" Secret Pack to save 180 SR!

- "Formula Synchron" can be found within "Stardust Ties" Secret Pack to save 60 SR!

- "T.G. Hyper Librarian" can be found within "Futuristic Creatures" Secret Pack to save 30 UR!

- "The Legendary Fisherman III" can be found within "Rulers of the Deep" Secret Pack to save 30 UR!

- "Moray of Avarice" can be found within "Treasures of the Cosmic Ocean" Secret Pack to save 30 UR!

- "Wonder Wand" and "Spellbook of Knowledge" can be collected by purchasing "Spellbook of Prophecy" deck. 120 SR saved and you can try a new deck!

So, in total, you can save up to 510 SR and 270 UR, if you are willing to spend some gems. Other SR and UR cards I didn't mention are essential.
