Why no Isolde package? Because not including it allows for a Crossout Designator package, meaning this combo deck is just a shade less likely to fold to a stiff breeze.
Loops labelled in bold will be described below, but are separated for readability.
Basic combo requires Legendary Six Samurai - Kageki and Secret Six Samurai - Kizaru in hand with one piece of discard fodder.
1. Normal Kageki, summon Kizaru with effect. Kizaru effect for Anarchist Monk of the Six Samurai.
2. Special Anarchist Monk with itself, Synch 6 with Kageki for Legendary Lord Six Samurai - Shi En. Shi En effect for Tactical Trainer of the Six Samurai, Anarchist Monk effect for Cunning of the Six Samurai. Types on board: Earth from Kizaru, Dark from Shien.
3. Special Summon Tactical Trainer with itself, Link it and Kizaru for Battle Shogun of the Six Samurai, CL1 discard your fodder for Gateway of the Six, CL2 Tactical Trainer effect for Six Strike - Double Assault to chainblock. If you already have Double Assault in hand and your opponent interacts, see that section in Recovering the Combo. Getting Gateway and activating it is by far the most important part of the combo. The deck essentially doesn't function without Gateway, and it certainly doesn't FTK. From here until the end of step 11 when we have "infinite" Bushido counters, this guide assumes you Special Summon Six Sams to a zone Shogun points to if possible, and non-Sams to other zones, unless otherwise specified.
4. After Gateway is activated, Double Assault to bring back Kizaru, Kizaru effect searches Legendary Six Samurai - Mizuho (AKA "Red"). One bushido counter on Shogun, two on Gateway.
5. Cunning sending Kizaru to return Kizaru, effect to search Legendary Six Samurai - Shinai (AKA "Blue"). Two counters on Shogun, four on Gateway.
6. Always remove counters from Shogun before Gateway. Remove 4 counters with Gateway to search Legendary Six Samurai - Kizan. Special Summon Kizan, overlay level 4 for Number 60: Dugares the Timeless, Dugares' second effect to return Kizaru, Kizaru effect for second Blue. Two counters on Shogun, six on Gateway.
7. Gateway for second Kizan, summon it, Gateway for third Kizan. Three counters on Gateway. Link all except Shi En for Saryuja Skull Dread. You don't need to use the draw effect, but you can if you want to. The reason we use all four monsters here is to get rid of all other monsters on your field. You'll need ten cards remaining in deck to execute the killing loop, though, so make sure to keep enough there.
8. Saryuja effect to summon Red or Blue, then special summon the other two. Nine counters.
9. Return Kizan to hand with Gateway, summon it, then link Kizan and Saryuja for S:P Little Knight. Seven counters.
10. Loop Kizan back out, then link it and Little Knight for the second Shogun. Five counters.
11. Execute Red and Two Blues loop for infinite Bushido counters. You need [N] counters for the most basic form of the combo.
12. If necessary, you can now use the Two Reds loop for removing any cards your opponent still has.
13. You can now add all Six Sams from your yard and deck to hand, so we'll now always assume that you have whatever Sams are necessary in your hand.
14.
