(Disclaimer: If your opponent has a deck which doesn't contain any monsters in Main Deck, this won't work. Otherwise, you can burn your opponent.)
Welcome! In this deck, we will FTK the opponent with Number 43 alongside Cephalopod. This is really a tricky one, so let's have a look!
Gameplan
1) At one point, send Number 13 to GY. Also, send The Legendary Fisherman + Necroface to GY with Ravenous. Then, Special Summon Banisher with Saryuja and Special Summon Chaos Emperor Dragon by banishing Necroface + Formula/Integrator to unlock "Primal Seed" loop.
2) Reach the board state as shown:
This is the beginning of "Primal Seed" loop board.
This is your ideal board. So, destroy Saryuja and 3 x Main Monster Zones (MMZ) with "Offerings to the Doomed". Then, revive Number 13 with "Monster Reborn" and overlay into Number 43 via "Rank-Up-Magic Launch". Place Number 43 into Extra Monster Zone (EMZ).
While at it, don't forget to activate "Chain Summoning". I did it with "Offerings >>> Reload >>> Chain" combination but you can play "Chain Summoning" at anytime prior to this board state, which is up to your imagination.
Revive TLF and replace it with TLF III, seen at the center. Next, revive two monsters in a way that you could Synchro Summon Ruddy. I brought forth Ancient + Martial but feel free to revive any duo up to your preferences. No matter what, don't use Chaos/Banisher/TLF III as Synchro material for Ruddy.
3) After fetching "Necroface" with "Primal Seed", you can banish "Necroface" again by playing "Silent Graveyard" and discarding "Necroface". Since Banisher is present, whatever you have discarded will be delivered to BZ anyways. In addition, GY effects for either player will be negated, which will come in handy later on. You can repeat this step until you have completely depleted your opponent's Main Deck.
4) Synchro Summon Ruddy, which can be done by using Ancient + Martial as materials. Activate Ruddy to banish GY of both players. Next, activate TLF III to return your opponent's banished cards to GY...
Your opponent can't disturb you with GY effects, which was covered with "Silent Graveyard" in #3.
5) So far, your opponent has lots of monsters in GY while you have none thanks to Ruddy + TLF III shenanigans done in #4. Here, Normal Summon Cephalopod without Tribute to fill the remaining spot. Next, Normal Summon Cephalopod with Tribute, which has to include Cephalopod and anything but Number 43 + Banisher...
When you activate Cephalopod, you will deal damage with multiples of 300 with respect to difference of monsters between your opponent and you. Since the damage will be doubled thanks to TLF III, it can be enough to one-shot your opponent.
However, that's not at all. You actually gain LP first before dealing some damage. Therefore, after Cephalopod has inflicted the damage, Number 43 will also ask if you want to convert the amount you gained as LP into damage, right back at your opponent.
