Mid-core competitive Blue Eyes deck( No Primite)

General tips:

Sage and Maiden are starters.

Both can set you up for a ultimate spirit and cosmic blazer end board uninterrupted. If something goes wrong, the bystial lubellion can be used as a substitute for your non tuner.

Piri reis map can also search sage and if drawn with a starter can always be used for the wishes discard.

The buster lock package is included in the side deck as it's searchable through sage and is very hard to out,but can be bricky. Standard charmys, solemn and board breakers can replace this package. 

Dragons bind can be devastating if used with a bystial and is also a card you can put to 3 instead of the buster lock.

If you remove the buster lock cards replace buster welp in the extra deck with the hot red archfiend abyss to summon with crimson dragon.

Deck is very weak to droll consider cross-out as another side option

Don't worry about banishing the vanilla blue eyes prior to using roar as it can summon from banishment.
