For the longest time I've been trying to come up with a deck that can still utilize dragon ruler's. A flashback from ten years ago, the snake-eyes-diabellstar combination is the perfect layout for a new dragon ruler deck. The deck is centered around flamberge dragon, red-eyes flare metal dragon, lyrilusc nightingale, and crimson blader, extremely strong cards that have great debilitating effects that cripple your opponent.
