A deck intended to beat Tenpai, what makes Lyrilusc strong is Assembled Nightgale can make all Lyrilusc monsters immune to destruction (by attack or effect), and also adds battle damage protection. By making her with Cobalt Sparrow, you also add give it targeting protection.
The Magicians Souls is here mostly because it's a level 1 body that can make a Lyrilusc XYZ, and if you draw too many spell/trap cards, it can unbrick our hand (bonus points if you discard Life Hack going 2nd, then immediately use its GY effect). If you draw two of them, you can special summon one, normal the other, then make a Recital Starling to search for another Lyrilusc, and turn on the effect of any Sapphire Swallow already in (or about to be) in the hand. Cards like Where Arf Thou, One-For-One, Swallow's Nest and Swallow's Cowrie are pretty self explanatory. D.D. Crow is a Winged Beast with some GY utility.
Most games you'll win by making Assembled Nightgale going second and punching your opponent like an enraged JoJo stand, or by making Nightgale going first and your opponent wondering why attacks/card effects aren't working on it (Master Duel is a wonder).
The only required UR cards for this are the 2 Recital Starling, since their effects are soft once-per-turn you can use both of their effects, for each copy you XYZ summon. Even if you can make the 3rd Starling, I usually prefer the utility of making a Promenade Thrush and spinning a spell/trap, then overlaying it beneath Nightgale (which is why we play 2 of those).Thrush can also make your Nightgale bigger in a pinch. When going first, ending on Nightgale and Ensemblue Robin is pretty nice, but it's an optional UR if you're planning to Blind Second.
We're playing 2 Bird Sanctuary, because it draws you a card, and I often have the chance to search for the 2nd copy after my opponent pops the first. If you draw two, you can use the first to go full combo, then send it with Magicians Souls to save the 2nd for later.
The side includes another Cobalt Sparrow and Beryl Canary in case you need more consistency, and going 2nd board breaker cards in case you're playing against a deck that's strong going first.
