Viral Panda

(Update-I: Deck has been updated for better performance. This time, you can actually lock down, where your opponent can't activate Spells anywhere and Monsters in BZ/GY. Only Traps being sent to BZ/GY can be activated, shame there is no Trap counterpart of Tyrant's Tantrum, oh well.)

It's vital to go viral with Panda decks but this time, it's out of control. In this deck, your opponent won't have a chance to play anything and I mean it. Let me explain.

Gameplan

1) Place ME-PSY-YA on Pendulum Zone and Special Summon Chaos Emperor Dragon with its ability to unlock "Primal Seed" loop. Then, Special Summon Fusion Parasite while having another Spellcaster monster present...

• If Parasite is in GY due to Ravenous, use "Monster Reborn".
• If Parasite is in your hand, use Saryuja.

2) Fusion Summon The Dark Magicians (TDM) by using Parasite + Spellcaster as materials. Then, either empty your deck and shuffle "Soul Drain" + "Tyrant's Tantrum" with "The Humble Sentry" or arrange your Main Deck in a way that you would draw them for certain with Saryuja, which is possible when you activate Saryuja if you have 4 cards in Main Deck and you can place 3 cards on the bottom of your Main Deck in any order.

3) Activate TDM to draw "Soul Drain". Then, set and activate it. Know that the ability of TDM isn't hard-once per turn. Thus, you can reset TDM by destroying it with "Offerings to the Doomed" and reviving with "Monster Reborn".

4) Revive TDM and activate it to draw "Tyrant's Tantrum". Then, set Tantrum but don't activate it just yet. Also, have Offerings in-hand, just in case.

5) XYZ Summon Number 45 by using 2 x Formula as materials. The aim is to bring forth "Doom Virus Dragon". Since "The Fang of Critias" can be resolved without any issues if "Crush Card Virus" is sent to GY, we have to disable/negate ME-PSY-YA for a moment with Number 45. Reason is that ME-PSY-YA sends any Spell/Trap cards to BZ instead of GY, if you didn't know...

• So, activate Number 45 and target ME-PSY-YA. Next, play "The Fang of Critias" to bring forth "Doom Virus Dragon". Then, get rid of Number 45 with "Tyrant's Tantrum" alongside TDM. If you forgot getting rid of Number 45 with Tantrum, Offerings can snipe Number 45.

6) Since you know how to reset TDM, do the same for "Eradicator Epidemic Virus" + "Deck Devastation Virus" by shuffling them with "The Humble Sentry" and drawing them afterwards with TDM to activate them. Target TDM with these virus cards and don't forget to resolve "Eradicator Epidemic Virus" twice; first for Spell and second for Trap.

7) Revive your strongest monsters with "Monster Reborn". Then, set "Primal Seed" and end your turn.

8) There is nothing else to do. Let me summarize what happened so far:

• Eradicator Epidemic Virus: Destroys Spell and Trap cards of your opponent.
• Deck Devastation Virus + Doom Virus Dragon: Destroys Monster cards of your opponent. DDV covers <=1500 ATK while DVD covers >=1500 ATK, that's why.
• Soul Drain: Monsters that are in GY/BZ can't be activated, which is why you had to play DDV + DVD.
• Tyrant's Tantrum: Your opponent can't activate Spells from anywhere unless they send 1 Spell from Main Deck to GY. However, with ME-PSY-YA, any Spell and Trap cards are going to be delivered to BZ instead of GY. Therefore, your opponent can't use Spells. Shame there is no Trap counterpart of Tantrum, oh well.

9) With the effects of EEV + DDV + DVD active, your opponent can't play anything because whatever they draw for 3 turns will be destroyed thanks to virus cards. Nor they can activate Monster effects from GY/BZ and Spells from anywhere. Trap is their only option to save themselves but it's very unlikely to find the out. So, they will have nothing but to pass the turn back to you.

10) Attack the opponent with all you have and victory shall be yours...

• It's time for the trivia! Technically, with TDM, EEV + DDV can be repeated as many times as you like on same turn but they don't stack. When EEV + DDV ran out of time, which is three turns, use TDM for three more turns later on. However, if you want to do the same for DVD, here is the setup:
  1. Shuffle two cards with "The Humble Sentry" back into your Main Deck. Then, play "Pot of Avarice" to shuffle back DVD + Number 45 + Formula + Level 1 Non-Tuner + Level 1 Tuner into respective decks.
  2. If you have drawn Tuner + Non-Tuner, put them back into your Main Deck with "The Humble Sentry". Next, revive "Treasure Panda" with "Monster Reborn". Then, use Panda to Special Summon Tuner + Non-Tuner from your Main Deck by banishing "The Fang of Critias" + "Crush Card Virus". If you recall, Critias + Crush were sent to GY in #5. Now, you can fetch this duo with "Primal Seed".
  3. Synchro Summon Formula by using Tuner + Non-Tuner as materials. Then, revive another Formula with "Monster Reborn" and XYZ Summon Number 45. Rest will be same as what was said in #5 but this time, when your job is done, don't forget to destroy Number 45 with Offerings. So, fetch Offerings with "Primal Seed" loop in advance.

If you wonder how to save up some SR and UR points, I can show you:

- "Monster Reborn" is given for free, if you have played the tutorial. What a good start to save 30 UR!

- "The Dark Magicians" can be collected by purchasing "Vortex of Magic" deck. 30 UR saved and you can try a new deck!

- "Pot of Avarice" can be collected by purchasing "Re-Contract Universe" deck. 90 SR saved and you can try a new deck!

- "Deck Devastation Virus" + "Eradicator Epidemic Virus" can be found within "Rulers of Darkness" Secret Pack to save 60 SR!

- "Into The Void" + "Allure of Darkness" can be found within "The Infinite Void" Secret Pack to save 180 SR!

- "Formula Synchron" can be found within "Stardust Ties" Secret Pack to save 90 SR!

- "T.G. Hyper Librarian" can be found within "Futuristic Creatures" Secret Pack to save 30 UR!

- "Moray of Avarice" can be found within "Treasures of Cosmic Ocean" Secret Pack to save 30 UR!

- "Wonder Wand" and "Spellbook of Knowledge" can be collected by purchasing "Spellbook of Prophecy" deck. 120 SR saved and you can try a new deck!

- "Primal Seed" + "The Fang of Critias" + "Doom Virus Dragon" + "Fusion Parasite" + "Tyrant's Tantrum" + "Ravenous" + "Pot of Acquisitiveness" can be found within "Legacy Pack" to save 180 SR and 60 UR!

So, in total, you can save up to 720 SR and 180 UR, if you are willing to spend some gems. Other SR and UR cards I didn't mention are essential.
