Scrap Dinosaurs ft. Gameciel

After roughly a year of trying to find a home for Gameciel to wreak havoc with its non-once per turn omni-negate, I have finally found the perfect deck: Scrap Dinos

Slightly tweaking Dino combos can allow you to activate Kyoutou Waterfront from the Deck and go into Saryuja Skull Dread to special summon Gameciel with max Kaiju counters and then some, like an I:P to summon Unicorn and Phoenix during your opponent's turn, a 3-charge Apollousa and/or Evolzar Lars, the other omni-negate the deck has access to. Is it the optimal way to play Dinos? Probably not. It's main weaknesses lie in getting shut down by too many negates/hand traps, potentially bricking, and every combo players bane, Nibiru. However, this version of the deck feels like it could be an "interesting" way to play the deck.
