Pendulum Mechanic needs to have separate zones for Pendulum Scales, as well as lift the Extra Deck Pendulum Summon Restriction.
Pendulum Summoning under MasterRule 5 is still underwhelming, because you cannot afford to run hand traps, because it would be a brick and even if you open all good scales and all; It would still end on a mediocre board, and that’s assuming you don’t get hand trapped along the setup, which is unlikely if you’re are playing against a Meta Deck.
