Rescue-ACE Victory

On January 1st of 2024, a massive earthquake with a magnitude of 7.6 hit central Japan, killing 92 people, injuring at least 300 people, and leaving thousands of people sleeping in evacuation shelters. Japanese rescuers are moving heaven and Earth to find survivors. And as someone who loves Japan, I felt the need to make this tribute deck, named "Rescue-ACE Victory" because I truly believe that the people of Japan--the victims and their families especially--can bounce back from this tragedy.

This Rescue-ACE deck uses the new Snake-Eyes support from Phantom Nightmare, namely Populus and Sinful Spoils of Evil - Silvera.. The point of this deck is still to go first and have Turbulence set 4 of your cards. So it's either go first or burst.
