Relinquished Chaos

Goat deck built for a friend who always wanted a Relinquished deck as a kid. The Relinquished package replaces the Scapegoat/Meta package in standard Chaos Control. The deck obviously has a lower power ceiling as a result, but it is very consistent at putting Relinquished on the board and is less at risk of the awkward bricky draws Meta can sometimes create. This build is also a little more consistent at playing its chaos monsters because Manjus are extra light monsters that can effectively send themselves to the GY. Additional search power for the combo can be played (Senju & Sonic Bird), but I don't think there's any need to - between Manju, Sangan, and generic draw power this deck already assembles Relinquished + Ritual reliably. If you did want to make it more consistent, I would instead play even more generic draw power such as Jar of Greed. 

Some ideas to make this build more competitive without abandoning Relinquished:

• Build a side deck (duh)
• Add Duo
• Find room for 2 Kycoo
• Find room for some number of Solemn and/or Dustshoot in the main (and more in the side that should exist)
• Swap Wing Blast for Raigeki Break (although I'm not 100% on this change - I think Blast is pretty underrated and situationally may be better than Break)
