Harbinger of Spheres

(Disclaimer: This deck requires you to have fair amount of APM, be warned! Try to get at least 10 materials attached to Number 38 or it might not be enough to win with C9 later on.)

(Update-I: Rather than Xiangsheng, you can simply reduce the Rank of XYZ monster you control with Yellow-Bellied Oni.)

Greetings! Time to bring Harbinger of Galaxies, Number 38. Number 38 is ready to launch a nuclear satellite called Number C9. Just be careful out there!

Gameplan

1) Place ME-PSY-YA on Pendulum Zone and Special Summon Chaos Emperor Dragon with its ability to unlock "Primal Seed" loop.

2) When Chaos Emperor is here, revive 2 x Level monsters with "Monster Reborn". Then, target Chaos Emperor with "Galaxy Queen's Light" to set these two to 8.

3) XYZ Summon Number 38 by using them as materials. Don't use anything else, including Chaos Emperor. After that, you can Special Summon Yellow-Bellied Oni with its ability.

4) To attach materials into Number 38, you need to negate your spells. If you have changed "Activation Confirmation" within "Duel" from settings into "Switch + Hold", you can hold down the left mouse button after you have played a spell. Changing from "OFF" to "ON", game will ask you if you want to negate the spell, so that you can attach it to Number 38. Just don't negate combo pieces and attach them by accident, then you will be fine.

5) To repeat what was explained in #4, you need to flip up and down Number 38 with Book spells because the attachment ability of Number 38 isn't hard once per turn. While doing so, don't forget to find Book spells with "Primal Seed" setup explained in #1.

6) When you have attached enough materials to Number 38, which should be at least 10, activate Oni to reduce the Rank of Number 38 from 8 to 7. Next up is activating "Clockwork Night" to change the Type of Number 38 into "Machine".

7) With Rank and Type modifications done, you can activate "Astral Force" to overlay into Number 9. Then, you can lead the way with "Barian's Force" to Number C9.

8) Activate both abilities of C9 to deal huge damage and win the game.

- "Monster Reborn" is given for free, if you have played the tutorial to save 30 UR!

- "Pot of Avarice" can be collected by purchasing "Re-Contract Universe" deck. 90 SR saved and you can try a new deck!

- "Into The Void" + "Allure of Darkness" can be found within "The Infinite Void" Secret Pack to save 180 SR!

- "Primal Seed" + "Pot of Acquistiveness" can be found within "Legacy Pack" to save 30 SR and 60 UR!

- "Number 60: Dugares the Timeless" + "Rank-Up-Magic Astral Force" can be found within "Number Recall" Secret Pack to save 60 SR!

- "Rank-Up-Magic Barian's Force" can be found within "Sword of the Seventh One" Secret Pack to save 30 SR!

- "Number 9: Dyson Sphere" can be found within "Colossal Mech" Secret Pack to save 30 SR!

- "Formula Synchron" can be found within "Stardust Ties" Secret Pack to save 30 SR!

- "T.G. Hyper Librarian" can be found within "Futuristic Creatures" Secret Pack to save 30 UR!

- "Number 38" can be found within "Nebula Cyclone" Secret Pack to save 30 UR!

- "Wonder Wand" and "Spellbook of Knowledge" can be collected by purchasing "Spellbook of Prophecy" deck. 120 SR saved and you can try a new deck!

So, in total, you can save up to 570 SR and 150 UR, if you are willing to spend some gems. Other SR and UR cards I didn't mention are essential.
