Goat Water Bind

A combination stun/beatdown deck built around the interaction between A Legendary Ocean and Gravity Bind/Level Limit - Area B. Bind/LLAB locks your opponent's monsters down, while your beaters become 3-stars under ALO and can keep getting in under them. Abyss Soldier beats over most of the format at 2k, Bugroth can chip in past anything you can't actually clear, and Mermaid Knight chews through tokens. In matchups where the floodgates don't matter/can't stay on the board reliably, this deck can also go over top with Daedalus to clear the board or Mobius to shred back row. Grizzly + Sangan finds Sinister Serpent reliably, making this deck a great abuser of Abyss Soldier and Tribe. An alternate option for this deck is to build it leaning more heavily into beatdown, cutting the floodgates (or moving them to the side) and adding more aggressive cards like penguins and Gagagigo. 

More than half the cards in the main deck are limited/semi, so mathematically this means it must be good ;)
