(Disclaimer: Complete deckout doesn't work against Lightsworn archetype due to its ruling/wording of "Punishment Dragon". Other than that, everything is going to be alright.)
Greetings! This is really an unusual and only way to completely deckout the opponent with "Exchange of the Spirit" thanks to "Punishment Dragon". Let's go!
Gameplan
1) You need to make a Chain Link 3 to Special Summon "Winged Kuriboh LV9". Here is the example:
Chain Link 1: Special Summon "Phantom of Chaos" with Saryuja, to where Saryuja points to.
Chain Link 2: Activate "Abyss Dweller" to not let your opponent use their GY.
Chain Link 3: Special Summon Winged Kuriboh.
2) Special Summon Chaos Emperor Dragon with its ability to unlock "Primal Seed" loop.
3) Have a space for "Warm Worm" with "Offerings to the Doomed". Then, use "Fire Recovery" to revive "Warm Worm" and pop it with Offerings until your opponent has at least 15 cards in their GY to use "Exchange of the Spirit" later on...
Meanwhile, don't forget to discard "Exchange of the Spirit" + Twilightsworn + Punishment via "Fire Recovery". This step is the most important one. Otherwise, you can't advance into next steps.
4) Activate "Phantom of Chaos" to copycat "Punishment Dragon". Then, play "Boogie Trap" to use Exchange right now.
5) This is your final Chain Link series to deckout your opponent for good:
Chain Link 1: Exchange of the Spirit should be online by now, with Fire Recovery + Boogie Trap and whatnot.
Chain Link 2: Since "Punishment Dragon" is hard to summon, "Phantom of Chaos" is used as workaround. In order to use the ability of Punishment, there has to be at least one Lightsworn monster in GYs or BZs, which is Lyla.
6) By activating Punishment, everything in your opponent's GY + BZ as face-up will be shuffled right back into decks. Same goes for you as well. Then, whatever your opponent has in their deck will be delivered to GY and whatever your opponent has in their GY will be put as a new deck. Again, same goes for you as well but that doesn't matter. In short:
Your opponent's Deck: 40 >>> 0
Your opponent's GY: 0 >>> 40
7) End your turn to win via deckout!
