Endymion's Spell Counter Control

It's a casual deck that focuses on stockpiling spell counters on the Magical Citadel of Endymion until you can make big pushes with your spellcaster monsters.

On Endymion

Remove 6 spell counters from the Citadel to summon Endymion, the Master Magician, this deck's boss monster, from your hand or graveyard, and trigger his effect to add a spell from your graveyard back to your hand. Endymion also has another great effect that allows you to destroy any card on the field by discarding a spell. In the late game, you'd special summon Endymion with his own effect, then add a powerful spell like Brain Control or Heavy Storm from your graveyard to your hand to finish the game.
