Yes, after Dark World's success, this has now become my new pet project. Dinosaurs have been a deck I always liked and loved how they never needed a specific archetype to support each other. Although they have been known for bricking in the past, the new support they have received over the years has improved the consistency and made them much more competitive.
Thanks to Dinosmasher's Fury from 2017, cards such as Souleating Oviraptor, Petiteranodon, and in particular the key Monster and Spell Cards -- Ultimate Conductor Tyranno and Lost World, respectively, have made the deck more busted than ever. Ultimate Conductor Tyranno is basically a Book of Eclipse on steroids - it also combines the effects of two previous high-profile Dinosaur cards, Super Conductor Tyranno and Ultimate Tyranno. And it allows you to destroy a potential Babycerasaurus or Petiteranodon with its Quick Effect and automatically can trigger an Animadorned Archosaur or Souleating Oviraptor, whether it be yours or your opponent's turn. If Ultimate Conductor Tyranno was not a Structure Deck monster, there were high chances it would have cost about $5 or $6 today.
Lost World is also a very strong Field Spell and introduces a "Juraegg Token" which prevents targeting from other monsters, and if it ever becomes destroyed, you can guard it by destroying a Babycerasaurus or Petiteranodon. Plus, as you're playing Dinosaurs, your monsters never get the ATK/DEF downgrade!
As for the rest of the deck, a few explanations:
Dark Hole is better to have in this deck than Raigeki. Even if it destroys your own monsters, there can be a chance you end up destroying monsters such as Babycerasaurus or Petiteranodon, which just allows you to get 2 other Dinosaurs on your field, so nothing of value would be lost.
Visas Starfrost is in this deck primarily for Baronne the Fleur fodder. As Visas Starfrost is a Level 6 Tuner, using it along with something like Souleating Oviraptor or Miscellaneosaurus gets you a quick Baronne the Fleur in a pinch. And you can destroy a Babycerasaurus or Petiteranodon as destroying your card is not a cost.
It is not however recommend to use Visas Starfrost for Evolzar Lars; you're better off doing so with a Xeno Meteorus and another Level 6 Dinosaur, which can be another Xeno Meteorus, or just a normal Level 6 Dinosaur which you can get on the field with it.
The Scrap Engine can feel a bit wonky today, but it's still an engine that can work because you have 2 Scrap Raptors which can search a Chimera and those give you either a Scrap Wyvern, or you go into a Rank 4 XYZ.
The Extra Deck is ok. Having Evilswarm Exciton Knight provides destruction for - again - either Babycerasaurus and/or Petiteranodon, and prevents your opponent from trying to activate effects. If anything, if you don't want to play Exciton Knight, Number 41: Bagooska the Terribly Tired Tapir is just as ok.
Abyss Dweller is needed again because of potential Tearlaments floating around the meta.
Dugares the Timeless is an optional Rank 4; you're only really using it for the first effect, but if you have a potential OTK, using it along with Pentestag and Ultimate Conductor Tyranno can give you a very fast OTK.
The rest of the XYZ monsters are obvious reasons. TY-PHON is not recommended to use here because it prevents Ultimate Conductor Tyranno from using its effects.
As for the Link monsters, you can use an Animadorned Archosaur to immediately go into Linkuriboh, then into Secure Gardna to bring back Linkuriboh in case of something happening. Some of the previous monsters from Dark World such as I:P Masquerena and Knightmare Unicorn have been carried over, and Accesscode Talker is also brought in here.
Side deck could be improved. Because of having Triple Tactics Thrust, that allows you to immediately dig for a Dimensional Barrier or Solemn Judgment in a pinch, or Evenly Matched if your opponent did nothing. When going second, you can have a good shot to clear anything annoying by your opponent with Nibiru, Evenly Matched, Lightning Storm or even just having Infinite Impermanence to shut down anything your opponent needs to win.

This deck obviously can be improved as Ground Xeno is still missing, but hopefully this clears things up a bit. More improvements to come.
Update 26/11/2023: Yeah... about that Ground Xeno... I recommend 2 rather than 3 because 3 can lead to bricking compared to 2.
