I have Extra Deck but I do not need or use it for this.
Side Deck Heralds are for flavor not functionality, because I like this archetype. Gozen Match and Rivalry of Warlords are situational aces. Final Attack Orders is against effects that turn Cloudians to Defense position(like Level Limit - Area B).
Deck Master: Cloudian - Eye of the Typhoon
Stall the game to a crawl with Sanctuary in the Sky or Gravity Bind and Anti-Spell Fragrance. Get out Cloudian - Acid Cloud, Cirrostratus(maybe Altus too) and Squall, set down some Sanctuary Counter Traps and proceed to wipe opponent board then hit them with 30K+ ATK Nimbusman.
Features Deck Search aid with Pot of Extravagance(I dont need Extra Deck), Terraforming, Gold Sarcophagus and Magical Mallet.
Absolute monstrosity of a Deck if opponent doesn't use Xyz, Pendulum, Link and such cards that ruined the game.
