Pure Blue-Eyes deck focusing on spamming dragons and converting them into fusion & synchro monsters. The deck weaves through the level 1 tuners and some deck and GY summons of BEWD on its way to primarily make Magia, Spirit Ultimate (either hard-summoning or by tagging-out with Spirit Dragon) & usually something alongside them:
• Crystal Wing, primarily if playing Moonlight as a more "expendable" stepping stone for Spirit's tag-out.
• Sifr, if also playing Crimson Dragon to target Spirit Ultimate.
• LADDragonlord before Magia, by incorporating Abyss to get summoned off of Sage to fetch Poly to make it.
Tyrant is decent but mostly used as a stepping stone, and Chaos MAX along with Ultimate are used exclusively as fusion materials.
Given the prominence of the lvl 1 tuners, even bringing Master back in the mix, Mausoleum is played as extension, now being searchable with Spirit with Eyes of Blue. By going through AFD via Spirit you can pop a spent Mausoleum for a Ravine, to then dump Seyfert, navigate to Cross-Sheep and make Tyrant under it to revive Seyfert to search for Neo Kaiser Sea Horse to use (and from there making I:P and the fusions if on Dragonlord). World Legacy Guardragon can also revive revive Seyfert or Sea Horse. Note that a spent LADDragonlord needs to be converted into another link monster with I:P to allow Magia to chain to effects.
Chaos Angel is relatively easy to make and will provide protection for the synchros, Hope Harbinger is a good interruption, easy to make, and a dragon so it bypasses the type-lock, and Spheres is a generically good monster and interruption.
Indigo-Eyes Silver Dragon is a fine going 2nd option.
There's a lot of alternative options here. The newest support has enabled a bunch of older cards, now worth considering:
Ancients & Legend are both lvl 1 tuners with discard effects that can prove useful, Dictator is another way to spam the OG, Mausoleum getting popped can grab Burst Stream (for discard fodder at least). Melody can be used to search Alternative as a less optimal build. Cards of Consonance might be worth given the increased amount of lvl 1s. Rhapsody is much easier to activate now, and a possibly worthy extender. Azure is a target for Spirit's tag out, Neo Ultimate if used as a stepping stone to summon Tyrant then provides a target negation from the GY (but doesn't count as the original Ultimate to make Magia). Alternative Ultimate is a big indestructable and untargetable body, and Twin Burst can deal with some annoying protections without needing a spell to come out. Ultimate Creature can provide solid protection, even from the destruction of True Light or Spirit's end phase condition (although Sifr can cover that as well).
Non-Blue-Eyes cards include Trade-In if more lvl 8s are ran, Sublimation & Evaporation as lvl 8 extenders who can pitch Protostar to summon themselves (who's an alt fusion option with spot removal, also occasional Super Poly target), Assault Synchron is a tuner and can revive Spirit after it used its effect (even if dumped directly into the GY, as the statline makes it a costly normal summon), Chain Resonator has the proper statline and can extend the synchro plays by bringing buddies out of the deck. Tremors can summon a BEWD straight from the deck (and provides follow-up non-targeting banishing) and a larger Primite engine can work, Chalice Guardragon (who can summon a BEWD from the GY) can be revived with Legacy Guardragon (that can also be used solo to revive Sea Horse).
Enhanced Metalmorph & Fullmetal can also be easily integrated.
Spirit's tag-out effect has a larger list of targets, like AFD, Spark, Michael, Lightstorm and Malong, whose level modulation along with Sea Horse grant near unbridled access to synchro plays, allowing Trishula, Lulu (made with Sea Horse and can incidentally fetch a Maiden), Scarlight, Dis Pater and Crimson Dragon (with Synchro Rumble) combos into Hot Red Abyss, Blazar & Sifr. ASS Dragon is also a card easily woven into these combos. With two lvl 1 tuners one can go through Spirit then Spark to end in a Cloudcastle, reviving the Spirit and overlaying for a rank 9, though VFD is no longer an option.
On that train of thought however, the easy spam of lvl 8 bodies lends well to xyz tactics, like Giantrainer as a use for three bodies that then get back in the GY to be revived again, Sanaphond for a GY lock, Ding is a non-targeting send, Lancelot is an auto-negate, Alsei can spin a card, Photon Lord is a monster negate, Buzzking is an extra deck rip, and Felgrand is a targeted monster negate, though Saga locks the extra deck to dragons.
For the fusions, given that you can fuse both with Saga's GY effect and the decent Ultimate Fusion, First of the Dragons is a funny, occasional, yet decent option.
Finally, the link choices via I:P (primerily for the LADDragonlord lines) are various, but the space is probably too tight to accomodate more than one. Among the premier choices are Pentestag to secure a follow-up kill, Lyna & Dharc to deny resources from the opponent, Taotie & Triple Burst for battle phase lockdown, Rabbit with Trick for extra interraction, Borg can recover a Mausoleum, and the Knightmare trio are good but may not often find targets at the time of summon.
Dragolithia Kunzite can also be used as an extension.
The deck can also be slimmed down to fit non-engine, with decent choices being Droplet, Imperm & Triple Tac Talent.
