When breaking the opponents board your first priority should be to establish Ancient Gear Fortress, that way it's very hard for the opponent to interact with your Ancient Gear cards. After that it's a matter of punching as many monsters as possible with Chaos Giant, if it's not enough for lethal you can back him up with more Ancient Gear beaters or generic cards like Dugares and Verte (for the second Chaos Giant). In the video below i've got some examples to get to the otk lines.

In the side are other options. Super Poly is one of the craziest boardbreakers but also has the downside of getting rid of monsters that you need to beat over for lethal and ofc needing to discard which can be costly for this deck. Soul release is a very funny against Tear and Fire decks.
