This is the deck where you can get it by just getting three TDs.
This is the OCG version. Landrobe is your "negate effects" since it causes your opponent's monster to face-down from hand. You can't target using Link monster though, so Monarch Stormforth will be a nice remover.
Thestalos is there so that you can get the idea on how your opponent's hand work out.
P.S.: I haven't tried using Monarch Erupts, will be using soon.
