Deck construction

Hi, I don't know what the best solution is between choosing a meta deck and an anti-meta deck ? (efficiency, budget, etc.).

Meta changes rapidly so its not particulary budget , but it is efficient . Anti-meta will also change as meta changes , although cheaper usually , it requires keeping up , so in my opinion , just play what you have fun with and support it with some staples.
