Instead of Magicians, this deck uses Draconnet, World Chalice Guardragon and Guardragon Justicia as an extended Guardragon engine.

Special Summon Guardragon Justicia
Synchro Summon Ib the World Chalice Justiciar
Ib lets you search for World Legacy Guardragon
Use World Legacy Guardragon to return Justicia from the GY to the field
Link Ib and Justicia into Beat Cop from the Underworld
Ib Special Summons World Chalice Guardragon
Link Guardragon into Guardragon Elpy to the right zone Beat Cop points to
Use World Legacy Guardragon's effect from the GY to resurrect Justicia
Link Justicia and Beat Cop into Triple Burst Dragon into the Extra Monster Zone
Use Elpy's effect to Special Summon Destrudo, Darkwurm or Aether
Link the summoned Dragon of your choice and Triple Burst Dragon into Guardragon Agarpain
Use Agarpains effect to Special Summon Hot Red Dragon Archfiend Abyss (When dealing damage, he resurrects Justicia, Ib or Destrudo from the GY)
If you have no more extenders (so far only the Normal Summon was used, Pendulum should still be available), you can Link Agarpain and Elpy into Hieratic Seal of the Heavenly Spheres

You could also incorporate 3 copies of Cynet Mining to further push this aspect of the deck, as it seaches Draconnet.
