Power: Low Rogue (6.8/10) - Upgraded from Casual because the list is now legal, trims slower Red-Eyes revival traps, and adds searchable Fang interaction while keeping the Skull Dragon Fusion identity. It stays Low Rogue because Red-Eyes Fusion locks the turn and the deck still carries normal-material bricks.
Consistency: Strong for a theme build. Red-Eyes Insight, Red-Eyes Fusion, Black Metal Dragon, Black Stone of Legend, Dragon Shrine, Foolish Burial, Allure of Darkness, and Cards of the Red Stone all help reach Fusion access or Red-Eyes setup.
Ceiling: Moderate. Archfiend Black Skull Dragon is the main payoff, Meteor Black Comet Dragon gives burn and grave setup, Red-Eyes Slash Dragon plus Fang can create interaction, and Flare Metal, Big Eye, Hieratic Seal, and Borrelsword give follow-up lines when the deck is not locked by Red-Eyes Fusion.
Recovery: Fair. Return of the Dragon Lords, Monster Reborn, Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon, Red-Eyes Alternative, Black Stone, and Red-Eyes Wyvern can bring dragons back, but the deck still needs its first Fusion or Rank 7 push to matter.
Going first/second: Better going second. Feather Duster, Twin Twisters, Ash, Called by the Grave, and Fang give main-deck interaction, while the side deck adds Dark Ruler, Evenly, Nibiru, Lancea, Droll, and Cosmic Cyclone.
Choke points: Stop Red-Eyes Insight or Red-Eyes Fusion, banish the Red-Eyes target sent by Insight, remove Black Metal before it searches, or answer Fang before it converts a Red-Eyes body into removal.
Key cards: Red-Eyes Fusion, Red-Eyes Insight, Archfiend Black Skull Dragon, Black Skull Dragon, Red-Eyes Black Dragon, Summoned Skull, Black Metal Dragon, Black Stone of Legend, Red-Eyes Fang with Chain, Meteor Black Comet Dragon.
Key combos: Insight sends a Red-Eyes monster to search Fusion or Fang. Red-Eyes Fusion sends Red-Eyes Black Dragon plus Summoned Skull for Archfiend Black Skull Dragon. Black Metal Dragon equips or links away to search the next Red-Eyes card. Fang turns a Red-Eyes monster into repeated attacks or steals an opposing Effect Monster as equipment.
