Deck Primer

Greetings! It has been a while since I came up with "Phantasm Spiral Assault" deck. If you want to have a look, click here! Unlike the old version, you can actually banish Phantasm equip spells, which may help you pulling out Level 1 dudes with Panda and fetch those spells with "Primal Seed" later on. Before we start, here is the glossary for some terms because reading them every single time can be tiresome:

PSA: Phantasm Spiral Assault (Trap)
PSC: Phantasm Spiral Crash (Equip Spell)
PSD: Phantasm Spiral Dragon (Monster)
PSG: Phantasm Spiral Grip (Equip Spell)
PSW: Phantasm Spiral Wave (Equip Spell)

Without further ado, let's jump in!

Gameplan

1) Reach the board state as illustrated:

Before you try to win with PSA, make sure your opponent has enough LP to witness it. Either add "Chicken Game" to the Main Deck, which can be found in "Side Deck", or play "Upstart Goblin" one or two additional times via "Primal Seed". Former allows your opponent to stay alive while latter only increases LP.
First, place "ME-PSY-YA" on Pendulum Zone and then, Special Summon "Chaos Emperor Dragon". From here onwards, use two "Primal Seed" cards to target mentioned spells to catch them, which is needed to play them again. As long as you target "Primal Seed" with other one, it should be fine.
Bring forth Arcana but not before you have placed "Light Barrier", either via "Saryuja" or "Monster Reborn". Pick the outcome as heads to always skip your opponent's turn, at the cost of two monsters on your side to deliver to GY. Here, we will use Iblee + Saryuja.
- Just to note, bring forth Iblee as last monster or you will be locked of Special Summoning due to her restriction. Once she is present, you can only bring forth Link Monsters. The board should have been filled but whatever.
- If you don't like Iblee, "Shien's Spy" can work as well. As long as you Special Summon an Effect Monster with "Monster Reborn" and give it to the opponent as practice target for PSD, you can still win with PSA.
Make sure PSC+PSG+PSW are in Banish Zone (BZ) because we will fetch them with "Primal Seed".
Cards which were set were "Monster Reborn" + "Primal Seed" + PSA. "Monster Reborn" will be used on Iblee.
Don't forget to change "Activation Confirmation" to "Switch+Hold" and set to "ON" in-game to not miss any action, which can be edited in "Duel" section of settings page.

2) After you have sent Iblee to GY thanks to Arcana, Special Summon her to the opponent's side of battlefield. Also, Special Summon Sabres and activate PSA to target PSD:

To Special Summon Sabres, send a card in your hand to the top of your Main Deck. Therefore, you won't deck out.

3) With "Primal Seed", find all three Phantasm equip spells (PSC+PSG+PSW) and equip them onto PSD. Then, attack into Iblee with PSD:

When you end your turn, use Sabres + Exodia limb for Arcana to skip a turn.

4) Bring forth Sabres + Iblee. End your turn and use them to skip a turn with Arcana. Since you have sent Iblee to GY, you can Special Summon her to opposing side for second time:

5) Special Summon Sabres and tackle Iblee down with PSD for second time. On Main Phase 2, Special Summon Iblee to your side with "Monster Reborn" and use Iblee + Sabres for Arcana to skip a turn:
