U.A. Genysys

I thought U.A. might be viable in a 0 cost format, and in a standard 100, we even have access to invoker again, along with plenty of room for non-engine.

While cracking packs at my local shop, I also saw Steel-Stringed Sacrifice and thought it might be a perfect starter for this deck full of level 5+ monsters.  Seems like there's room for innovation here.

Edit:  We added Playmaker for the occasional OTK.  Since 'non-generic' handtraps are a nono, removed the Rescue Ace Impulse, then also the imperm and extrav to balance out other cost increases.  EAD Konami.
