This is as good as True Draco Eldlich can get. Cycle the Eldlich traps to stay afloat until you acquire true Draco cards.
*Most hands are pretty consistent with at least two back rows and ways to pull out eldlich monsters 87% of the time.
*if your opponent is playing a floodgate deck, make sure to side in 1-2 super polys; the extra deck is fodder for Poe, and there are a bunch of general swarm control and monsters of all kinds of types and attributes so that super poly can work with almost any combination.
*This deck is consistent going first or second, but going second is better in most cases because of the Draco spells, traps, and Aldrich's hand effect. Going first is all right, too. Just make sure to set an apocalypse and wait to summon Draco monsters until your opponent's turn.
*Some basic rules for True Draco in case you've never played it before. 1. If you have true Draco's apocalypse, wait to activate its effect until your opponents turn or when they are about to destroy your true Draco monster or spell/trap. Preferably destroy your spells and traps before your monsters and save yourself with true kings' return.
*If you have a dragon diagram, use it first thing on your turn (if you don't have extravagance), so you can get opponents to negate out of the way or get some fodder for true Draco heritage, starting a combo in general.
*Eldlich cards are excellent at stalling, and make sure to use conquistador at the correct times; otherwise, you will get destroyed. Save guardian for when your opponent gets out a boss monster or a monster similar to dragoon because that card is pretty much the only way to destroy it other than the apocalypse. If your opponent has a monster unaffected by card effects, you must rely on super poly.
That's about it for the summary. | I have played hundreds of games with this deck, so I know it through and through. I'm sure you'll enjoy playing it too. If you got this far, thanks for reading the summary, I've done hours and hours of research to create the most optimum version of True Draco Edlich because they are two control archetypes I like. Love or hate true Draco/Eldlich, just try it out. You are bound to have some fun. I selected this deck as meta because it is top-of-the-line anti-meta and can compete with decks such as sword soul and marincess. Thanks for reading,g and enjoy the gameplay (I am working on other-metal decks, stay tuned for more). HAPPY DUELING!
