The DeckMaster is Rocket Arrow Express 
It is important to know of the restrictions of this deck:

Rocket Arrow Express has the following restrictions:

• Cannot Set cards
• Cannot Activate Effect
• Can only be summoned on an empty board

This obviously sounds really bad. However we can get around these restictions by doing the following things:

• Only using Spells before summoning Rocket Arrow Express
• Using Inherent Summons, and only using them for their Atk/Def points rather than effects

By doing this, we are rewarded by the ablity to have a "free" 5k attacking body on the field every turn. There is a finite amount of removal avalible to each opponent, this amy give you a good chance to win on its own.
The strategy is of course, to summon Rocket Arrow Express, use an inherent summon to summon out other beefy bodies, then wham our opponent. Simple!

As noted, this deck is incomplete. I need to find out what exactly it means to gain advantage using this deck, and there are many pieces which are not yet fully connected. 
For examples:

• Red Arrows does not yet have an extra deck monster of my own to blink out
• Blooming of the Darkest Rose while I don't yet have plant monsters
• Time Escaper while I don't yet have Psychics

Here are some things I am activly trying to improve:

• Need helpful Normal Summon
• More Machine monsters to turn on Machina Ruinforce 
• More plants/insects for Beargram, Shelled Emperor of the Forest Crown 
• Find ways to search out Machina Ruinforce or Carnot the Eternal Machine 
• Find ways to search out and use Bunny Ear Enthusiast without leaving a card on field. 
• More Boardwipes (so the name of the deck works)

Important cards to know:

• Machina Ruinforce is the biggest body in the main deck and can be summoned by banishing a total of 12 levels from GY
• Carnot the Eternal Machine is the easiest inherent summon in the deck, granted you can send him to GY. Synergizes with Rocket Arrow Express which disallows him from activating his negative effect
• Bunny Ear Enthusiast can blink out one monster temporarily, so we have an empty board for Rocket Arrow Express without needing to lose that monster permantly
