Undoubtedly the best starter on the deck is the regulator, as it offers you the best combo. If Tribute, bring two team thiefs from the main deck (usually the winder and adjuster), what you add with the winder depends a lot on the situation. Going, because if you don't have any move extender in hand, you can bring the chronocorder, because with the bunjinki effect you can make the redoer using it material. With the adjuster most of the time you will send the bezel ship to the cemetery. With this move you can end the turn with two xyz on the field, because with the effect of the bezel you can Special Summon it from the Graveyard by discarding a material and with that you can activate the effect of the redoer when banishing, detaching a monster from the effect. of the chrnoocorder is activated in the graveyard and it also enters by special summon. I recommend that it be with the redoer and it perpetuates it in the first game.
I put allure as a purchase option, because all time thief monsters are darkness, I also put Danger! As another option both to banish with allure, and the move extender itself. The skull meister is a good hand trap option because it is level 4 darkness (often it will be the ban target) it can also be used as material for the xyz. To protect the regulator I put the gamma, because you don't want to take an ash on it. XD In the extradeck I put some different level 4 options, you can change some things if you have any other preference.
