You can then activate Superheavy Samurai Prodigy Wakaushi as a scale. So you have a guaranteed mill 5 without using your normal summon, and a free pendulum summon with scales 1-8.

If you have any effect that steals a monster from your opponent (Triple Tactics Talent, Change of Heart, Snatch Steal, Mind Control, Illusion Gate, Dharc the Dark Charmer, Gloomy), you can use the stolen monster and Chaos Ruler, the Chaotic Magical Dragon to summon The Zombie Vampire and mill an extra 4 cards. That means you have access to 1/4 of your deck. If that's not enough, you can also summon Tearlaments Kitkallos using Magical Scientist or Instant Fusion and mill another 8 with Tearlaments Merrli.

Alternatives:

Mitsurugi engine: Instead of using Chaos Ruler, the Chaotic Magical Dragon and stealing effects, you could run the Mitsurugi cards and access them through King of the Feral Imps, and summon The Zombie Vampire using the ritual monsters. That has the advantage of one extra omninegate, and one interaction to destroy all monsters one of your opponent controls. But you mill fewer cards, and the Mitsurugi cards use your board space, which is very important in this deck.
