This is the budget variant of the Purrely Quant list pre-DUelist ADvance, there's still a lot of space for non-engine so don't be scared to go over 60 to run more hand traps and interruption ;P
The Side deck is just mostly topping off some ratios in case you want to buy the deck via the Export function of YGOPROdeck in preparation of the support (you can also always just cut a few cards you don't want before you use Export from the deck builder window).
