Story of YuRa

Oh my, it looks like we are witnessing the bittersweet love between Yubel and Ra. Jokes aside, the term called "YuRa" of which I coined by accident, actually has a meaning. "Yu" is meant for "permanence" while "Ra" is meant for "good" in Japanese. I guess their "love" are "permanent for good", which is what one would expect from Yubel ?

Gameplan

1) Reach the situation as illustrated below:

• For reference, Yubel was sent to GY with Dugares but it can be also done with Ravenous.
• ME-PSY-YA was placed on Pendulum Zone. It is to fetch cards needed by cycling with "Primal Seed".
• "Burning Bamboo Sword" was activated. To do so, play Burning first and then, play Broken. Burning will ask you if you want to skip Main Phase 1 or not, accept it. It will be needed for future setup, you will see why.
• Geonator was Link Summoned by using Saryuja + Panda as materials.
• Wobby was placed to where Geonator points to. In addition to 2000 LP granted by Wobby, "Poison of the Old Man" was also played to gain LP. It is needed to gain LP higher than your opponent, which will be used for Ra.

2) Special Summon "Chaos Emperor Dragon" and play "Monster Reborn" three times for Ra. When you have three monsters summoned by "Monster Reborn", tribute them to bring forth Ra but don't forget to place it on where Geonator points to:

3) Swap Ra with Wobby via Geonator as illustrated:

4) Bring Yubel back to life with "Monster Reborn". Although you can place Yubel anywhere you like, just place her to where Geonator points to for extra protection:

• Reason is that while Yubel can't be destroyed by battle, she can be destroyed by card effects. To workaround with, Geonator is here to save her.
• Also, set "Yang Zing Unleashed" + "Staunch Defender". No need to set "Primal Seed" btw, I just did for funsies.

5) After you have set all traps, end your turn. Don't forget to change "Activation Confirmation" to "Switch+Hold" and set to "ON" in-game. You can edit to "Switch+Hold" in "Duel" section of settings page:

• The reason as to why we did is that if you don't change to "ON", Yubel won't ask you whether you want to keep her alive or not by tributing a monster you have. Tribute Wobby and move onto next step.

6) When it's Draw Phase of your opponent, activate "Yang Zing Unleashed". If you remember, Burning was activated to skip your opponent's Main Phase 1 but with "Yang Zing Unleashed", your opponent will stuck into Battle Phase until they take action:

• Would you look at that? Snow Rabbit has joined into the game but it's too late. Now, do you see why placing Yubel onto where Geonator points to was important? I'm so glad Yubel will be safe and sound.

7) The opponent was smart to not attack to Yubel. It's a shame it will be redirected to her with "Staunch Defender":

• Just to note that "Staunch Defender" will redirect every face-up monsters your opponent have to a monster you control, which is perfect for Yubel and it won't be just Ra. If you go second, plan will still be viable as before.
• If you are scared of effect damages such as Masquerade the Blazing Dragon, which is what Branded/Despia players utilize, feel free to add "Chicken Game". You can view it in "Side Deck".

- "Monster Reborn" is given for free, if you have played tutorial. What a good start to save up 30 UR!

- "The Winged Dragon of Ra" can be found within "The Great Olds" Secret Pack to save 30 UR!

- "Pot of Avarice" can be collected by purchasing "Re-Contact Universe" deck. 90 SR saved and you can try a new deck!

- "Primal Seed" + "Ravenous" + "Pot of Acquisitiveness" + "Wobby" can be found within "Legacy Pack" to save 90 SR and 60 UR!

- "Into The Void" + "Allure of Darkness" can be found within "The Infinite Void" Secret Pack to save 180 SR!

- "Number 60: Dugares the Timeless" can be found within "Number Recall" Secret Pack to save 30 SR!

- "Formula Synchron" can be found within "Stardust Ties" Secret Pack to save 60 SR!

- "T.G. Hyper Librarian" can be found within "Futuristic Creatures" Secret Pack to save 30 UR!

- "Wonder Wand" and "Spellbook of Knowledge" can be collected by purchasing "Spellbook of Prophecy" deck. 120 SR saved and you can try a new deck!

So, in total, you can save up to 570 SR and 150 UR, if you are willing to spend some gems. Other SR and UR cards I didn't mention are essential.
