To cover a few things,

Dud can be used with Hand when tributing her to remove a card on the field, also handy with Phoenix. Same with Soul Exchange/Brain Con, can use it as removal with Hand to remove a problematic card and get Phoenix out, or just trib them.

Insta Fusion can be used for trib fodder, a target for Hand, or to get Goka out (who's tokens are useful for tribute's or Hand). Can also be used with Junk to make any Lv8 (e.g. Red Dragon who pairs nicely with Pheonix).

Apprentice fetches Hand, or Ryko-at-home, you can also bring it back with Junk and it's effect will still trigger in the GY.

Goka can trigger Phoenix, you can also use Treeborn/Level Eater who are easy to bring back from the GY to trib summon Dust Spirit, who is a recurring Phoenix trigger/board clear, (Or just sac them to Hand).

Regretful Rebirth is there to get back Phoenix should it get run over, or to reuse Sangan/Apprentice etc.

And Book helps Phoenix survive against Bottomless.

Not sure if Allure has enough targets so might cut it, still unsure on certain ratio's like if I want 2 frogs and no level eater/foolish. Should also probably include Avarice to put Phoenix's/Hands back in deck. And not sure if I need more Phoenix triggers or not... Maybe another copy of Dust Spirit to see it more often. Like I say still pondering card ratio's.
