Speedroid Terrortop is a one-card combo that leads to an infinite once-per-chain omni-negate, using Mist Valley Apex Avian (summoned by Simorgh, Bird of Sovereignty) and Mist Valley Thunderbird (equipped to Simorgh, Bird of Sovereignty using Union Carrier). Simorgh, Bird of Sovereignty protects them from targeting effects. Also, after the first opponent's turn, if they didn't manage to break your board, you can summon Barrier Statue of the Stormwinds, which will protect you from Kaiju-like effects. If you want to try this combo in decks with other deck masters, your deck master's domain must contain Wind and Machine monsters. Any 2 monsters, including a tuner, can start the combo.
You can see the one-card combo here: https://www.masterduelmeta.com/combo/6a4b2b8b87c0deb271544d21. If you know a way to make the combo with fewer steps, please leave a comment in the section at the bottom of this page.
So, because the combo only needs 9 cards in the main deck and 8 cards in the extra deck, you can use your creativity to fill the rest. This deck uses protection, board breakers, ways to unbrick hands, and a lot of draw spells to increase consistency. I'm testing the new Train cards, but because Night Train Blue Traveler locks you into machines, you can only do the combo after you summon Simorgh, Bird of Sovereignty. I think more Dragunity extenders might work better.
The superheavy samurai archetype provides this deck a pendulum summon to summon the bricks you may draw, and allows you to summon Baronne de Fleur to protect your combo. If you have either Superheavy Samurai Prodigy Wakaushi or Superheavy Samurai Motorbike, the combo is also Nibiru, the Primal Being proof: https://www.masterduelmeta.com/combo/6a4c3f255b45d741ff9297fb. Otherwise, you can also normal summon Superheavy Samurai Wagon or Superheavy Samurai Soulpiercer, and they'll search Superheavy Samurai Prodigy Wakaushi for you, using Superheavy Samurai Scarecrow. You have a 35% chance of drawing one of them. If you draw them after playing a board breaker or a draw spell, don't worry, just use them for the discard cost of other effects. Don't forget you have consistent infinite negates and other plays, so a few bricks really aren't that big of an issue.
Other than Kaijus on your first opponent's turn, your board can also get broken if your opponents chain board breakers to your negates (which is why other negates are useful) and if they play cards like Super Polymerization, Dark Ruler No More, and Forbidden Droplet, which you cannot respond to. To avoid losing to those cards, this deck uses floodgates like Imperial Order, Anti-Spell Fragrance, and most importantly, Angelica's Angelic Ring. You can equip it to Mist Valley Apex Avian, and it will negate those cards you can't respond to, as long as you negate every other spell before them (you may also choose to use other negates on quick-play spells activated in chains so that you don't waste this effect).
Angelica's Angelic Ring is searchable with Hidden Armory, Return of the Duelist, and Armory Call. Without considering your draw spells (which you'll also activate after the combo), you have a 48% chance to draw one of those cards in your first 6 cards. If you're not happy enough with those chances, you can also add Magician's Right Hand (which works the same as long as you have a spellcaster), Secret Village of the Spellcasters, Magician's Left Hand, Foolish Burial Goods, and Painful Choice, now you'll have a 72% chance of drawing at least one of them in your starting hand (not considering any draw cards), but then you also have a 24% chance to draw two too, which is not necessarily good.
Made to Order Mermaid Outfit Outfitter and Superheavy Samurai Stealthy are great, with so many spell staples for card draw, boardbreakers, and generic starters like Foolish Burial and Last Will. You can also run Double Spell if you really like those cards.
Alternatives:
Apollousa, Bow of the Goddess: I wish there was enough space to include this.
Stardust Dragon - Victim Sanctuary: Another option to go into with Superheavy Samurai Prodigy Wakaushi to protect your plays, instead of Karakuri Steel Shogun mdl 00X "Bureido" and Baronne de Fleur.
Wynn the Wind Charmer, Verdant, Majesty Pegasus, the Dracoslayer: The spellcaster package to block your opponents from using spells.
Book of Eclipse, Illusion Gate, Raigeki, Special Hurricane: Board breakers are never too many in this format, even more if you are playing against high-power decks. If you manage to include Super Polymerization, it's also a good option.
The Forceful Sentry, Confiscation, Exchange, Trap Dustshoot, Appointer of the Red Lotus, Contract with Don Thousand: Those hand rips are usually not worth it in multiplayer games, but this deck can really benefit from using them. You can remove their board wipes and quick spells, and get information about what else they have. They also get much stronger if you play politically and manage to identify which player has access to those board wipes before activating the card. Contract with Don Thousand can be used to see your opponent's hands, and, if they are locked out of spells from Secret Village of the Spellcasters, stop them from summoning their deck masters.
Speedroid Den-Den Daiko Duke: It's another card to search with the deck master on follow-up turns. Can also summon Speedroid Fuki-Modoshi Piper from the graveyard.
Harpie Conductor: If you manage to summon a lot of monsters but can't conclude your Dragunity combo for some reason, you can use this card to summon Simorgh, Bird of Sovereignty.
Non-Fusion Area, Dimensional Barrier, Mask of Restrict, Magic Deflector: The first two are floodgates to stop Super Polymerization specifically. Mask of Restrict is used to protect yourself from Kaijus. Magic Deflector can be used to stop one of your opponents (it's much better with the cards from the discard package). I don't think any of those are worth the slot.
Qliphort Genius, Spell Canceller: Another way to stop your opponent from playing spells. I find it hard to activate, and you lose your chance after you summon Simorgh, Bird of Sovereignty.
Kashtira Unicorn, Pressured Planet Wraitsoth, Therion Discolosseum: Extenders that can also be used as interruption and removal bait.
Small World
Planet Pathfinder
Symphonic Warrior Guitaar, Symphonic Warrior Miccs: An extra normal summon can be useful depending on the archetypes you're running. Can be searched with Gear Gigant X and complements the scale from Superheavy Samurai Monk Big Benkei nicely.
More Machine cards. More Dragunity cards.
