So, if you have been following recent news, new support for Obelisk has arrived. These are in "Inherited Unity" timed pack and I decided to make a FTK with "Soul Energy MAX!!!". Let's go!
Gameplan
1) Plant at least one flower with "Black Garden". You can destroy Garden with Ancient/Ravenous afterwards, if you wish.
2) At one point, discard Obelisk with Dugares/Ravenous.
3) Set your opponent's LP to 3000 with Linewalker.
4) Revive Obelisk with "Monster Reborn".
5) Play "Temple of the Kings >>> Soul Energy MAX!!!" combo to deal 4000 damage to your opponent. You need to tribute two monsters other than Obelisk, in order to deal the lethal damage, so make sure you have enough dudes with Panda and Saryuja.
If you wonder how to save up some SR and UR points, I can show you:
- "Monster Reborn" is given for free, if you have played the tutorial to save 30 UR!
- "Pot of Avarice" can be collected by purchasing "Re-Contract Universe" deck. 90 SR saved and you can try a new deck!
- "Obelisk the Tormentor" can be found within "The Great Olds" Secret Pack to save 30 UR! As of this writing, you can also find him in recently released timed pack called "Inherited Unity".
- "Soul Energy MAX!!!" can be found within "Inherited Unity" timed pack to save 30 SR! Don't miss it before it's too late!
- "Ravenous" + "Pot of Acquisitiveness" can be found within "Legacy Pack" to save 60 SR!
- "Into The Void" + "Allure of Darkness" can be found within "The Infinite Void" Secret Pack to save 180 SR!
- "Black Garden" can be found within "Exquisite Jet-Black Rose" Secret Pack to save 30 SR!
- "Temple of the Kings" can be found within "Guardian of Kings" Secret Pack to save 30 SR!
- "Dugares" can be found within "Number Recall" Secret Pack to save 30 SR!
- "Formula Synchron" can be found within "Stardust Ties" Secret Pack to save 90 SR!
- "T.G. Hyper Librarian" can be found within "Futuristic Creatures" Secret Pack to save 30 UR!
- "Wonder Wand" and "Spellbook of Knowledge" can be collected by purchasing "Spellbook of Prophecy" deck. 120 SR saved and you can try a new deck!
So, in total, you can save up to 660 SR and 90 UR, if you are willing to spend some gems. Other SR and UR cards I didn't mention are essential.
