Snake-Eyes Psychic Rover

Basic snake-eyes deck with a interesting take using psychic rover, Im my testing psychic rover is really good in snake-eyes with elf, the gy effect by itself is okay but he really shines when you are playing going second since non targeting removal is good or to build resources going first, is true that his effect is kinda unreliable but if you summon him he has pontential to give a lot of pluses going second also he chain blocks which is cool sometimes.

Just try testing rover with elf you are not gonna regret this, unless my testing was wrong, this card is good
