Skill Drain Archfiends (Duel Trial - Time Travel 2004)

It's a cool casual deck for this event. The Archfiends' high attack stats mow down most common normal summons. Pandemonium allows you to search for Desrook Archfiend when one of your Archfiends is destroyed by a card effect and sent to the graveyard, such as by Sakuretsu Armor, Tribe-Infecting Virus, and Lightning Vortex or even your own Torrential Tribute. Terrorking Archfiend is this deck's boss monster, and he can negate the effects of monsters he destroys in battle and even their graveyard effects are negated. Desrook Archfiend can discard itself to revive your Terrorking Archfiend from the graveyard when he's destroyed by any means, so you can get a little greedy with your plays. Skill Drain is quite effective against this monster effect heavy meta, and it doesn't negatively affect your monsters too much. Mystic Tomato and Newdoria are great defensive monsters that work under Skill Drain. Mystic Tomato can search for Newdoria when it's destroyed by battle and sent to the graveyard and Newdoria has a mandatory effect that targets and destroys a monster on the field when it's also destroyed by battle and sent to the graveyard.
