Skiff371's (Budget) Armored Sharks

Budget version of armored sharks, the goal of the deck is to set up a stealth kragen/abyss dweller (whichever is better for the matchup) and an xyz armor fortress with no materials. The last 9 cards are the nonengine in this build, just put in 9 of whatever you've got though these are the cheapest 9 that are still useful, though technically optimal nonengine is 3x forbidden droplet, 3x ash blossom, and 3x of imperm. Normally the deck would run 3 pot of prosperity (instead of extravagence) and other rank 4 water xyz like bahamut shark (that would let you set up an omni negate with toadally awesome) and number 101: silent honor ark. you'd also run 1x of bagooska and 1x of both utopic future and utopic draco future. but that would put the deck up a lot more, but for under 20 you'll get this.
