Yuri. Next to Zarc, he's one of the characters who was most explicitly making up new cards as he went along. But even he had to start somewhere. This is a suggestion as to what his deck might have looked like in Season 1 of Arc-V. It assumes he made the entire Invasion: Vengeance predaplant lineup early, but was otherwise limited to older cards to fill in gaps.
World Carrotweight Champion is in the side deck as an option for the future, once it was printed. Mystic Tomato, Lonefire Blossom, and Evil Thorn fit in with his dark plants well, and help get material on the board. The Dark - Hex Sealed Fusion is fusion filler that fits thematically, but would be phased out because it's a nonbo with Starving Venom's "On Fusion Summon" effect. Double Summon and Fusion Sage would both be helpful for Yuri's Starving Venom Turbo strategy.
