This is another Prediction Princess Deck that I have made using a Scrap engine, but as opposed to using Scrap Recycler as an alternative form of Girsu, the Orcust Mekk-Knight like in my other list, this Deck focuses on maximizing our usage of Scrap Raptor while also doing a more standard Scrap combo that uses Scrap Golem and Scrap Wyvern. Of course, this Deck has bricks, a few of them to say the least, but I personally like this list a little bit more since we are entirely relying on Scrap Raptor as our 1-card starter with the only other card we actually need for our combo being literally any Prediction Princess card. This makes this list a whole lot more consistent than my other list as it doesn’t require access to an extender. But at the same time, because those extenders or free Special Summons were Kashtira Unicorn and Kashtira Fenrir, we lose out on the utility provided by those monsters, specifically their ability to help clear the field on following turns or going second.
For our combo, we need Scrap Raptor and a Prediction Princess card, say Prediction Princess Tarotrei. Normal Summon Scrap Raptor and activate its effect targeting and destroying itself to give yourself an additional Normal Summon of a Scrap monster during the Main Phase this turn. Scrap Raptor then triggers in GY off of being destroyed by the effect of a Scrap card in order to add Scrap Recycler from Deck to hand. Normal Summon Scrap Recycler and then activate its effect on Summon to send Mecha Phantom Beast O-Lion from Deck to GY. Activate O-Lion’s effect in GY to Special Summon a 0/0 Machine-type Token. Link Recycler into Clockwork Knight. Activate Clockwork Knight’s effect targeting Recycler in GY in order to Tribute the Token and Special Summon back Recycler from GY in Defense. Recycler activates its effect again to send Super Anti-Kaiju War Machine Mecha-Thunder-King from Deck to GY. Link Recycler and Clockwork Knight into Scrap Wyvern. Activate Scrap Wyvern’s effect targeting any Scrap monster in your GY to Special Summon it and then destroy the monster you brought back. This triggers Wyvern’s other effect which Special Summons Scrap Golem from Deck and then you pop Wyvern. Activate Golem’s effect targeting Scrap Raptor in GY and Special Summoning it to your field. Synchro Golem and Raptor into Cloudcastle which targets Mecha-Thunder-King in GY on Synchro Summon and Special Summons it. Xyz Cloudcastle and Mecha-Thunder-King into Mereologic Aggregator in the EMZ. On Xyz Summon, Aggregator sends Herald of the Arc Light from Extra Deck to the GY, which triggers it to add Prediction Princess Tarotreith from Deck to hand. Activate Aggregator’s other effect, targeting Herald in GY, detaching 1 material, and attaching Herald from GY to it. Link Aggregator into Gravity Controller. Herald triggers off of being sent to GY again which adds Underworld Ritual of Prediction from Deck to hand. Activate Underworld Ritual to Ritual Summon Tarotrei (from hand or GY) by Tributing Tarotreith. During the End Phase, Tarotrei Special Summons Tarotreith from GY face-down. Also during the End Phase, you can activate Mecha-Thunder-King’s once per Duel effect to Special Summon it from GY. Does it do anything on field? Not unless there is a Kaiju card(s) on the field for it to be unaffected by the effects of or be unable to be destroyed in battle with. It’s just a 2200/2100 guy on field because you have the space for it and if you don’t use this effect now, you are probably never going to do it for the rest of this Duel. During your opponent’s Standby Phase, activate Underworld Ritual in GY, banishing it to Special Summon Prediction Princess Bibliomuse from Deck face-down. Chain Tarotrei’s effect targeting the face-down Tarotreith to flip it face-up. On a new Chain, Tarotreith’s Flip Effect triggers to Special Summon Deus-X Krawler from Deck face-down. And then on a Quick Effect, Tarotreith can flip Bibliomuse and Deus-X face-up. Bibliomuse’s Flip Effect triggers to add a Prediction Princess monster and a Ritual Spell from Deck to hand and while it is face-up on the field, your Ritual Monsters gain targeting and destruction protection from your opponent’s card effects. Deus-X, after it has been flipped face-up, negates all activated monster effects on your opponent’s side of the field. If you want to, you can play a few extenders to Link Aggregator and said extender into an I:P Masquerena who can actually make use of the Mecha-Thunder-King that brings itself back once per Duel during your End Phase by Quick Effect Link Summoning an S:P Little Knight or heck, even Firewall Dragon Singularity works if you are feeling frisky.
For the Main Deck Monsters: 3 Prediction Princess Tarotrei, 1 Prediction Princess Tarotreith, and 3 Prediction Princess Bibliomuse. Tarotrei can Quick Effect flip a monster on field face-up or face-down and she can Special Summon a Flip Monster from hand or GY face-down during your End Phase. Tarotreith must either be Ritual Summoned or Special Summoned via Tarotrei's effect in the End Phase. Her Flip Effect Special Summons a Flip Monster from your Deck face-down and she can also Quick Effect flip any number of your monsters face-up or face-down. Bibliomuse can Special Summon herself back face-down after being Tributed and sent there. Her Flip Effect adds a Prediction Princess monster other than herself and a Ritual Spell from Deck to hand and while she is face-up on the field, your Ritual Monsters gain targeting and destruction protection from your opponent’s card effects. 1 Deus-X Krawler which negates all activated monster effects on your opponent's side of the field after it has been flipped face-up and if it is destroyed on field, you can search for a Level 9 monster with a different Type and Attribute. 1 Enneacraft - Astay.PIXIEA which can, when your opponent activates a card or effect that targets a card(s) you control, flip itself face-up as part of this effect’s activation in order to negate that effect and then allow you to banish a random card out of your opponent’s hand face-down. Also, after it has been flipped face-up, your opponent cannot target cards on either field or in either GY with card effects. 1 Super Anti-Kaiju War Machine Mecha-Thunder-King. During the Main Phase, you can Quick Effect discard it to banish a Kaiju monster you control that is owned by your opponent and then you can Special Summon a monster from your GY. It also still has the “you can only control 1 ‘Kaiju’ monster stipulation” and it is also unaffected by other Kaiju cards’ effects and cannot be destroyed by battle with a Kaiju monster. Finally, during your End Phase, it can Special Summon itself from your GY where this effect is a once per Duel effect. Do you have to play Mecha-Thunder-King? No. I’m playing it because it is funny and it does bring itself back during your End Phase (albeit this effect is a once per Duel). Realistically, this card in the Deck could be any Level 9 Machine monster as we just need one to send off of Scrap Recycler and be brought back by Cloudcastle. All of the Level 9 Enneacraft monsters (PIXIEA, Enneacraft - AtoriF.MAR, Enneacraft - Archaη.TAIL, and Enneacraft - Aizaβ.LEON) do count, but unless you open Bibliomuse as your Prediction Princess card, there is no reason to really send one of them to GY when you can’t bring them back face-down during the End Phase with Tarotrei’s effect. Ancient Gear Reactor Dragon, Cosmo Dark Eclipser, Deskbot 009, and B.E.S. Blaster Cannon Core may seem cool, but they literally have nothing to offer you other than being a Level 9 body to be brought back by Cloudcastle. Apoqliphort Skybase literally says that it cannot be Special Summoned on its first line of text. Machina Metalcruncher seems cool at first since it can reveal 3 EARTH Machines from Deck on Special Summon for your opponent to randomly add 1 to your hand and shuffle the rest back into Deck, but you have to understand that the Scrap monsters that matter the most mainly are not Machines. Raptor is a Dinosaur and Golem (IDK why you would ever add Golem from Deck to hand) is a Rock where the only other Scrap we are playing, Recycler is a Machine. Deep-Space Cruiser IX can be a cool option as it does Special Summon itself from your hand which can help with putting more Link Material on field, but it doesn’t do anything as a send. WARNING: Do not Summon Arcjet Lightcraft. I know it says that it can, on Summon, target a Level 8 or lower Machine in GY and Special Summon it in Defense as a Level 9, but while Arcjet is on field you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck except for Machine monsters which does just stop everything we are trying to do. Gizmek Kaku, the Supreme Shining Sky Stag is just a good card to play as you have seen me playing it in many a Prediction Princess list, but it doesn’t do anything if sent or Special Summoned. There’s Dovelgus, Generaider Boss of Iron, but it’s pretty bad, not even Generaider considers playing it. That leaves us Mecha-Thunder-King and Rescue-ACE Turbulence. Special Summoning it back with Cloudcastle and then setting 4 Rescue-ACE Spell/Traps from Deck is hilarious, but you do need a Rescue-ACE on field to activate most of them. With these options, Mecha-Thunder-King was the funniest card that could actually do something, even if it just sits there. 1 Scrap Golem which can target a Level 4 or lower Scrap monster in your GY and Special Summon it to either field. This is a hard brick in the Deck as it probably is in most Decks playing Scraps. 3 Scrap Raptor which can target a monster you control and destroy it in order to give yourself an additional Normal Summon of a Scrap monster during your Main Phase this turn. Also, when Scrap Raptor itself is destroyed by the effect of a Scrap card and sent to the GY, you can add a non-Tuner Scrap monster from your Deck to your hand. 2 Scrap Recycler which sends a machine monster from Deck to GY when it is Normal or Special Summoned. We are only playing 2 copies because it is not our combo starter, Scrap Raptor is. We really do need to start with Scrap Raptor for our combo, and you don’t really want to open Recycler over other better cards as Scrap Raptor can literally just search Recycler. Honestly, you could literally just play 1 copy of Recycler. Go wild. 1 Mecha Phantom Beast O-Lion. If it is sent to the GY, you can Special Summon a Mecha Phantom Beast Token which is a Level 3 0/0 WIND Machine. Again, as opposed to playing Crystron Rosenix, O-Lion, specifically the Token it Summons, actually works with Clockwork Knight for our purposes. Finally, 3 Mulcharmy Fuwalos, 3 Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring, and 3 Droll & Lock Bird.
Spell/Traps: 1 Instant Fusion for Master of Ham. 3 Pre-Preparation of Rites which searches a Ritual Spell from Deck and a Ritual Monster that is mentioned on that Ritual Spell from your Deck or GY. 2 Prediction Ritual which specially only can be used to Ritual Summon Prediction Princess Tarotrei and you can banish it from GY except the turn it was sent there to search a Prediction Princess monster. 3 Underworld Ritual of Prediction which can Ritual Summon a Prediction Princess Ritual Monster from hand or GY face-up or face-down and you can banish it from GY during the Standby Phase to Special Summon a non-Ritual Prediction Princess monster from Deck face-down. 3 Scrapyard and 3 Fossil Dig which both functionally just search for Scrap Raptor.
Extra Deck: 1 Master of Ham which Special Summons a Flip Monster from hand or Deck face-down on Special Summon. 1 Elder Entity N’tss which can target and destroy a card on field if sent to the GY. 1 Cloudcastle which can target a Level 9 monster in your GY on Synchro Summon and Special Summon that target. 1 Herald of the Arc Light which adds a Ritual Monster or Ritual Spell from Deck to hand when it is sent to GY. 1 Super Starslayer TY-PHON - Sky Crisis. 1 Infinitrack Earth Slicer. 2 Mereologic Aggregator. 1 Laevateinn, Generaider Boss of Shadows and 1 Jormungandr, Generaider Boss of Eternity. 1 Dyna Mondo. 1 S:P Little Knight. 1 Scrap Wyvern which can target a Scrap monster in GY, Special Summon it, and then destroy 1 card you control. Also, if another face-up Scrap monster is destroyed by card effect while you control Wyvern, you can Special Summon 1 Scrap monster from your Deck and then destroy 1 card on the field. 1 Clockwork Knight which is a LINK-1 that requires a non-Link Machine with 1000 or less original ATK. The only one of its effects that we are using is its second effect which targets a Machine monster with 1000 or less ATK in GY in order to Tribute a Machine monster other than itself in order to Special Summon the targeted monster back in Defense Position. 1 Gravity Controller.
Side Deck: 3 Dinowrestler Pankratops, 3 Mulcharmy Purulia, 1 Triple Tactics Talent, 2 Triple Tactics Thrust, 1 Harpie’s Feather Duster, 2 Dark Ruler No More, and 3 Evenly Matched.
