The TCG banlist hasn't even been out for a day and this deck that I've been labbing has already cropped up as a possible new combo deck, utilizing the new Scrap Engine and the revitalized Sky Striker Engine, allowing for more plays.
This deck is weak to Nibiru and Dimension Shifter, but otherwise can play around most anything else pretty well. The Fleur Synchro can be replaced by any level 10 Synchro that requires 1 tuner and 1 non-tuner, such as Leo or Ruddy Rose Dragon.
A single Scrap Raptor in the hand often leads to full combo if done right, however, with Scrap Factory also on the field, you can go into even crazier plays. To understand how the main play works, look

Note that this deck is still being labbed, and thus may change as time goes on, but so far, it's a very strong deck going 1st especially.
