The main strategy is to, of course, interact with both Extra Decks to gain the advantage over your opponent and protect your Dogmatika cards or go for game with the Dogmatika rituals. Gen and Ken package allows you to play Dogmatikamatrix in your first turn. Albaz support is another way to play this deck, focusing on using the Jowgen lock via Albion and playing Titaniklad/Mirrorjade to deal with particular threats.
