Rise of C9

(Disclaimer: This deck requires you to have fair amount of APM, be warned! Try to get at least 10 materials attached to Kashtira Arise-Heart or it might not be enough to win with C9 later on.)

It's time to rise and shine! Kashtira Arise-Heart has arrived in Master Duel to cause terror. With C9, he can explode anything in his way. Without further ado, let's jump right in!

Gameplan

1) Reach the board state as illustrated:

• First, Special Summon "Chaos Emperor Dragon" with his ability. Then, "Banisher of the Light" with Saryuja. Now, you can track down any banished cards you need with "Primal Seed" duo by targeting each other.
• After reviving Ancient with "Monster Reborn", you can target "Galaxy Queen's Light" on Ancient to modify all of your monster's levels to 7.

2) With 3 x Level 7 monsters present, XYZ Summon "Kashtira Arise-Heart":

• From here on, I suggest you to watch the video because there are lots of ways to attach banished cards to Arise-Heart. All in all, you need to target "Primal Seed" duo each other and discard everything but "Primal Seed" into Banish Zone (BZ) with "Contract with the Void".
• Here are the cards you shouldn't attach to Arise-Heart from BZ at all costs. If you did by accident, you can detach three of them from Arise-Heart to retrieve said card(s)...
  1. Primal Seed
  2. Scroll of Bewitchment
  3. Rank-Up-Magic Astral Force
  4. Rank-Up-Magic Barian's Force

3) When you think you have attached enough materials for Arise-Heart, it's time to lead the way with C9 and cause a big explosion:

• First, activate "Scroll of Bewitchment" to change the attribute of Arise-Heart to LIGHT. Then, activate Astral Force to overlay into Number 9 and Barian's Force into Number C9.

4) Seal the game with C9 by activating both abilities to drop your opponent a nuclear bomb:

- "Monster Reborn" is given for free, if you have played the tutorial to save 30 UR!

- "Pot of Avarice" can be collected by purchasing "Re-Contract Universe" deck. 90 SR saved and you can try a new deck!

- "Into The Void" + "Allure of Darkness" can be found within "The Infinite Void" Secret Pack to save 180 SR!

- "Primal Seed" + "Pot of Acquistiveness" can be found within "Legacy Pack" to save 30 SR and 60 UR!

- "Number 60: Dugares the Timeless" + "Rank-Up-Magic Astral Force" can be found within "Number Recall" Secret Pack to save 60 SR!

- "Rank-Up-Magic Barian's Force" can be found within "Sword of the Seventh One" Secret Pack to save 30 SR!

- "Number 9: Dyson Sphere" can be found within "Colossal Mech" Secret Pack to save 30 SR!

- "Formula Synchron" can be found within "Stardust Ties" Secret Pack to save 30 SR!

- "T.G. Hyper Librarian" can be found within "Futuristic Creatures" Secret Pack to save 30 UR!

- "Wonder Wand" and "Spellbook of Knowledge" can be collected by purchasing "Spellbook of Prophecy" deck. 120 SR saved and you can try a new deck!

- As of this writing, "Kashtira Arise-Heart" is available on timed pack called "Flame of Fury". Hope you were lucky to find at least one copy to save 30 UR!

So, in total, you can save up to 570 SR and 150 UR, if you are willing to spend some gems. Other SR and UR cards I didn't mention are essential.
