Deck Master - Speedroid Ultra Hound

The plan is simple. Summon the doggo from the Deck Master Zone to send the trap card, Speedroid Dupligate, to the GY then link both those two cards to link summon the Rubber Band Shooter. The rest from there is all up to you and your hand. No matter what, do not stop fusion- I mean, do not stop synchro summoning!

In more extensive detail, the Windwitches also consist of WIND monsters both for both the main and extra deck so setting up a quick Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon can enable the one-card Ultra Hound combo to access more synchro monsters to end off on before your opponent can even play. Miscellaneous WIND monsters such as The Tricky or Red Hared Hasty Horse serve as self-explanatory extenders to make the higher level synchro monsters. 

*Note that other notable Speedroid monsters such as Terrortop or Marble Machine are also great alternatives to serve as the deck master instead of Ultra Hound to perform one-card combos. The latter is just one example and does not have to be relied on 100% of the time to get the engine running.
