The core strategy is to get your millennium-eyes restrict out as fast as possible, with as many absorbs as possible while being able to recycle itself.
Short and simple:
The Restrict Deck core (1st Engine)
- Golden-eyes = if sent to the graveyard or banished gives a relinquished/restrict monster an extra SUCC as if it was from its own effect. And if you can summon it, use its effect to look at your opponent's hand then either fusion it away or link up to anima/link 2 monster such as anaconda if you have another monster on the field.
- Millennium-eyes Illusionist = (quick effect) discard to SUCC as if by their own effect. and if a relinquished/restrict is special summoned, re-add it back into your hand so good to use as ritual material
- Relinquished Fusion = you can banish it for the 4th and final potential SUCC as if it was by your monsters' effect.
- Illusionist Faceless Magician = when relinquish is destroyed by battle or card effect, special summon a previous summoned relinquished/restrict, and if they are destroyed bring this one back from the grave (each once per turn). ***A potential tech is to use it as ritual material and have a torrential tribute ready in case your opponent tries to banish or shuffle your relinquish
Ritual Support
- Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands: to try to get relinquished from your deck, most of the time your opponent will have an ash blossom or negate ready, use this card to bait it, then use your searcher cards to get what you want.
- Pre-Preparation: bait a search negate then use this to go plus 1
Kaiju (2nd Engine)
- Kaiju : is for monsters you can't normally deal with such as omni negates or untargetable monsters such as red eyes dark dragoon. just kaiju them or absorb them
You have a dark kaiju incase you need to swap out cards for allure of darkness *** tech option if you choose to do that you can banish golden eyes for a free SUCC
- Interrupted Kaiju Slumber: dark hole if you need to board wipe potentially, or a bait card to use before searched, and when in graveyard, banish to search for a kaiju incase you need to get rid of an untargetable monster.
The kaijus are also use to generally absorb so running high atk kaijus is no problem.
Extra Deck:
- Thousand-Eyes Restrict: Hard to protect, will most likely use instant fusion to get this one to absorb a monster from the opponent then will link to anima for another SUCC or as material for a link 2 monster.
- Millenium-Eyes Restrict: The CORE of this deck, absorb up to 5 monsters which will negate their effects while equipped to it, and absorbs from the field or graveyard as a quick effect, meaning on hand trap activation you can absorb a copy from the graveyard to negate it or steal another higher attack monster as punishment for using hand traps. (one per turn but can get more via support cards)
- Relinquished Anima : used to absorb another enemy monster after a Kaiju special summon (position them above link monster zones) then for link 2 or so on as a non destruction way to get rid of monsters.
- Dharc: if your opponent has a dark monster, used to take 1 and link into Knightmare unicorn
- Cross-Sheep: Either used to draw 2 discard 2 via ritual or for the fusion ability via a fusion or instant fusion if you need to get 2 material total extra for Dharc or Anaconda
- Linguriboh : if you need to link golden-eyes into something other then anima or you need a trap negate.
- Anaconda : Quickiest way to get relinquish fusion
- Knightmare Unicorn: used to climb up into code talker or a non-destruction shuffle
- Accesscode Talker: A win more card, or if you need a spell speed 4 destruction
Side Deck:
Mostly options to steal monsters to link up faster, or draw more/ways to cut your deck smaller for more consistency or to get relinquished into your hands faster, you should have a good picture of what each card is for from here, along with the hand traps being used as fodder to use a fusion material in case you need an effect monster for Millennium-Eyes Restrict.
*****(Dark Ruler No More is also a Tech Option if you deal with a lot of Opponents with a board full of monster effects with omni negates waiting)
