(Disclaimer: This deck requires you to play faster on Ranked. You can still make it on time if you are fast enough. However, if you can't trust yourself in that regard, play on Casual instead. 300 sec on Ranked or 480 sec on Casual, choice is yours.)
Hey there! In this deck, we will reflect the damage taken by Iceberg with Lantron. Here is the plan.

Gameplan
1) If you go first, let "Black Garden" plant the roses. If you go second and your opponent has monsters on their side, you can skip to next part.
2) Throughout the game, make sure Lantron + Coral + Oppressed were sent to GY. Utilize Panda + Dugares + Ravenous in that regard, I think you can do that.
3) Place ME-PSY-YA on Pendulum Zone and Special Summon "Chaos Emperor Dragon". From here on, use two "Primal Seed" cards to target mentioned spells to catch them, which is needed to play them again. As long as you target "Primal Seed" with other one, it should be fine.
4) Revive Lantron with "Monster Reborn". Then, revive Oppressed + Coral to Synchro Summon Iceberg.
5) Remember we had plants on the opposing side? Now, we can destroy one of them to replace it with Iceberg by playing "Mystic Box".
6) Repeat the same process explained in #4 + #5 until your opponent has three of them.
7) Now, whenever you destroy a monster from the opposing side, Icebergs will deal 600 damage to you for each but there is a catch: Lantron will reflect the same effect damage done to you directly to the opponent.
To reflect 1800 damage in total repeateadly, revive a monster with "Monster Reborn" and play "Mystic Box" to destroy a plant and replace it with the monster you picked up. Since this is actually a loop, you can kill your opponent.
If you wonder how to save up some SR and UR points, I can show you:
- "Monster Reborn" is given for free, if you have played the tutorial. What a good start to save 30 UR!
- "Pot of Avarice" can be collected by purchasing "Re-Contract Universe" deck. 90 SR saved and you can try a new deck!
- "Black Garden" can be found within "Exquisite Jet-Black Rose" Secret Pack to save 30 SR!
- "Primal Seed" + "Ravenous" + "Pot of Acquisitiveness" can be found within "Legacy Pack" to save 60 SR and 60 UR!
- "Into The Void" + "Allure of Darkness" can be found within "The Infinite Void" Secret Pack to save 180 SR!
- "Number 60: Dugares the Timeless" can be found within "Number Recall" Secret Pack to save 30 SR!
- "Formula Synchron" can be found within "Stardust Ties" Secret Pack to save 30 SR!
- "T.G. Hyper Librarian" can be found within "Futuristic Creatures" Secret Pack to save 30 UR!
- "Wonder Wand" and "Spellbook of Knowledge" can be collected by purchasing "Spellbook of Prophecy" deck. 120 SR saved and you can try a new deck!
So, in total, you can save up to 540 SR and 120 UR, if you are willing to spend some gems. Other SR and UR cards I didn't mention are essential.
