Basic idea here is that Deception triggers the Mitsurugi effects.

Primite cards get you into Feral Imp and can be ritual fodder.

Ratios still TBD.

Some misc synergies:

Feral Imp + a lv4 -> Twins -> pop via N'tss to summon Feral Imp and search again (assuming you play another rank 4)
Lizardose can banish a Mitsurugi for a draw then the card can still be added back via Kusanagi
If you use the summon effect of Lode, it only restricts effects on field, so you can still get the Mitsurugi effects when they are tributed
