This list was made by a friend of mine whom i went up against at locals yesterday. PK mirrors are funny. anyways, despite the number of bricks in the deck (Dragoon package, BA package, and toketomborg) the deck is rather consistent because of the bamboo engine. Basically he just wanted a free draw 2 without the downside of Allure of Darkness so he doesn't have to run as many DARK monsters to get it off consistently. Of course the usual dragoon package allows PK to still have a solid board present through some disruption, and the lack of tour guide is because "you do not want your normal summon negated, especially in a deck like PK where negating the effect just stops your turn right there." But then you might be asking the question "well then why not run Kagemucha knight? It can chain-block against ash" well that's because 1: Tour Guide can still be veilered/impermed and 2: "kagemucha knight is a nice extender, but since it only works on normal summon, it can brick so i didn't run it."
TL;DR: this man is smart and actually reads the cards
