Perfect circle was an old deck from the end of the GX era, this deck aimed to use HERO cards to draw and facilitate tributes for cards like
Raiza The Storm Monarch as well as
Light And Darkness Dragon.
Only one of these cards is really playable today and that would be LADD, which just so happen to synergize with a few of the new HERO cards coming in BODE, fusion destiny can enable DPE plus the needed tribute fodder for LADD, these two cards work beautifully together, DPE can pop LADD after you have run out of negates to trigger the second effect of LADD to blow up your board to resurrect a monster from grave, which in turn triggers DPE's effect to summon a destiny HERO during your standby phase.
The deck can also play like normal HERO if the more gimmicky game plan fails.
I think this is a neat deck, not good per say, but neat.
