Power: Low Rogue (6.8/10) - This is a TCG-legal Link Evolution card-pool Pegasus control deck built around Relinquished, Millennium-Eyes Restrict, Thousand-Eyes Restrict, Relinquished Fusion, and a compact Toon World package. The revised list is stronger because it trims duplicate ritual bricks and low-impact Toon bodies, pushes Relinquished Fusion to three, adds Pot of Extravagance, Called by the Grave, and Infinite Impermanence, replaces forbidden Predaplant Verte Anaconda with Salamangreat Almiraj, and upgrades the side deck from Twin Twisters to Cosmic Cyclone. It stays Low Rogue because the deck still needs ritual and fusion pieces to line up, and the Link Evolution pool predates later Toon consistency cards like Toon Bookmark, Toon Page-Flip, and Toon Terror.
Consistency: Better than before. Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands, Impcantation Candoll, Impcantation Talismandra, Impcantation Chalislime, Pre-Preparation of Rites, Preparation of Rites, Toon Table of Contents, Terraforming, and Pot of Extravagance give the deck many ways to reach either the Relinquished engine or the Toon World/Kingdom package. Cutting the third Relinquished, extra Black Illusion Ritual, extra Preparation, Toon Dark Magician Girl, Toon Cyber Dragon, and the second Toon Mermaid reduces hands that do nothing.
Ceiling: Moderate to solid. Relinquished and Thousand-Eyes Restrict absorb problem monsters, Millennium-Eyes Restrict checks monster effects and hand traps, Relinquished Fusion gives both Fusion access and graveyard interaction, and Toon Kingdom plus Toon Mermaid keeps the Pegasus Toon identity alive. The Extra Deck has practical utility through Relinquished Anima, Linkuriboh, Salamangreat Almiraj, Knightmare Phoenix, Knightmare Unicorn, and Borrelsword Dragon.
Recovery: Medium. Preparation of Rites can recycle Relinquished, Illusionist Faceless Magician helps bring back Eyes Restrict pieces, Relinquished Fusion remains useful from the GY, and Pot of Extravagance can refuel slower games. The deck can still run out if Relinquished Fusion targets are banished or if Toon Kingdom is removed before it generates pressure.
Going first/second: Flexible, with a slight going-first lean. Going first, the deck wants Millennium-Eyes Restrict, Relinquished pressure, Infinite Impermanence, or Called by the Grave to slow the opponent. Going second, Relinquished, Thousand-Eyes Restrict, Relinquished Anima, Dark Ruler No More, Evenly Matched, Cosmic Cyclone, Ash Blossom, and Nibiru help break boards and convert opposing monsters into pressure.
Choke points: Stop Manju, Pre-Preparation, or the Impcantation search chain before the ritual line is assembled. Banish Relinquished Fusion or its GY targets before it can become extra interaction. Remove Toon Kingdom before Toon Mermaid or Toon World pressure matters. Be careful where monsters are placed, because Relinquished Anima and the Eyes Restrict monsters punish exposed bodies.
Key cards: Relinquished, Black Illusion Ritual, Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands, Impcantation Candoll, Impcantation Talismandra, Impcantation Chalislime, Pre-Preparation of Rites, Relinquished Fusion, Millennium-Eyes Restrict, Thousand-Eyes Restrict, Millennium-Eyes Illusionist, Illusionist Faceless Magician, Toon Table of Contents, Toon Kingdom, Toon World, Pot of Extravagance, Called by the Grave, Infinite Impermanence.
Key combos: Manju searches whichever ritual piece is missing. Pre-Preparation gets Relinquished and Black Illusion Ritual together. Candoll and Talismandra bridge ritual spell and ritual monster access while providing tribute material. Relinquished Fusion turns Relinquished plus an effect monster into Millennium-Eyes Restrict, then later banishes from the GY to equip and interrupt. Instant Fusion makes Thousand-Eyes Restrict or Millennium-Eyes Restrict for immediate monster absorption. Toon Table finds Toon Kingdom, Toon World, or Toon Mermaid when the hand needs Pegasus pressure instead of another ritual line.
