Power: Low Rogue (6.8/10) - This is a TCG-legal Link Evolution card-pool Pegasus Toon deck built around Toon Kingdom, Toon Table of Contents, Comic Hand, Toon Briefcase, and a small Dream Clown / Crass Clown / Bickuribox package. It is stronger than the old version because the forbidden Verte Anaconda is gone, the deck now has Pot of Extravagance and Called by the Grave for consistency, Solemn Judgment to protect Toon Kingdom, and real Rank 7 payoffs in Big Eye and Red-Eyes Flare Metal Dragon. It stays Low Rogue because pre-Toon Chaos Toons lack Toon Bookmark, Toon Page-Flip, and Toon Terror, so the deck still depends heavily on resolving and keeping Toon Kingdom.
Consistency: Better than before. Three Toon Kingdom, three Toon Table of Contents, Terraforming, Pot of Extravagance, Allure of Darkness, The Black Stone of Legend, Red-Eyes Toon Dragon, and Toon Dark Magician give the deck several ways to see either the field spell or a playable Toon chain. The slowest minor Toons were trimmed so the deck draws fewer low-impact nostalgia cards.
Ceiling: Moderate but fun. Toon Kingdom protects the Toon monsters, Toon Briefcase punishes opposing summons, Comic Hand steals boss monsters, and Mimicat can copy a key card from the opponent's graveyard. Red-Eyes Toon Dragon and Toon Dark Magician can turn into Number 11: Big Eye or Red-Eyes Flare Metal Dragon, while Borrelsword and stolen Comic Hand monsters can close games quickly.
Recovery: Medium. Toon Kingdom protects from destruction but costs banishes, so long games can get tense. Mimicat can produce powerful follow-up, Red-Eyes Toon Dragon and Toon Dark Magician help rebuild a board, and Pot of Extravagance reloads hands that would otherwise run out of gas. If Toon Kingdom is removed at the wrong time, recovery becomes much harder.
Going first/second: Flexible, but slightly better going first. Going first, establish Toon Kingdom with Toon Briefcase, Solemn Judgment, Called by the Grave, or a protected Toon body. Going second, Comic Hand is the main identity payoff, while Dark Ruler No More, Evenly Matched, Super Polymerization, Twin Twisters, and Chimeratech contact Fusions help break boards from the side.
Choke points: Remove Toon Kingdom before committing removal into the protected Toons. Stop Toon Table of Contents or Toon Dark Magician if the deck is trying to assemble Kingdom plus a payoff. Ash The Black Stone of Legend or Red-Eyes Toon Dragon to slow the Level 7 engine. Clear Toon Briefcase before summoning into it, and avoid leaving high-value monsters exposed to Comic Hand.
Key cards: Toon Kingdom, Toon Table of Contents, Comic Hand, Toon Briefcase, Toon Dark Magician, Red-Eyes Toon Dragon, The Black Stone of Legend, Toon Dark Magician Girl, Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon, Dream Clown, Crass Clown, Bickuribox, Pot of Extravagance, Solemn Judgment, Number 11: Big Eye.
Key combos: Toon Table finds Toon Kingdom or the missing Toon payoff. The Black Stone summons Red-Eyes Toon Dragon, which can put Toon Dark Magician or another Toon from hand onto the field. Toon Dark Magician discards a Toon card to summon a Toon from Deck. Two Level 7 Toons make Big Eye for another steal effect or Red-Eyes Flare Metal for burn pressure. Toon Kingdom plus Comic Hand turns the opponent's best monster into a Toon attacker. Dream Clown plus Crass Clown plus Polymerization keeps the old Bickuribox gag alive without letting it dominate the deck.
